Boost Mobileservice and shipping

My phone doesn't work in nebraska but all other states, paid over 255. Bucks for 2 new phones and the boost agent put wrong name so fed ex is shipping back to boost who won't get refund until all there departments confirm there info. So I got to use boost as a bank savings account I guess... they will have my money for 4 or more weeks before refund to my account.

    Hello, I purchased a pre paid Internet starter kit from boost mobile July 2018 there was a problem with motel no cable services or wires allowed were I live so was not allowed to use it tried returning it next day to boost mobile on Nome And Colfax Ave. Aurora 80010 casher was rude disrespect full to my husband and even said why can you speak English right I don't understand you're English but then another Lady comes up to counter to ask about her new phone service how much longer it is going to be the speak to her in Spanish language after just telling my husband she does not speak Spanish okay She refused to refund are money on the device $86.43 tell us we need to come back when manager is there we leave return Next day Saturday morning she is rude again and said no we are not giving you your money back and There is no store credit for it either manager said so we leave go to other boost down on Colfax ask ???? She tells us go back and see manager I just called she is there we do this again we were told she is not in and cashier can't help us we give her the device we bought and tell her we will return in morning for are money she said if they give you a refund you will be charged $ 35.00 restocking fee wow really ... remember now there is only 7 days to return or exchange on this device 4 days in as of purchase do next morning I return to store ask for manager yes she is there in office bit refused me service because she needs to get a approval from some to refund me my money today is Aug 12, 2018 today when my husband went in to pay are cell bill same cashier he asked her about the box and the money again she returns the box and tells him you cancelled your account on this box but see what Xfinity can do for you we can help you on this he pays are cell bill it is not do for three more day and leaves goes back because brother tell him there is a $80.00 plan 40 his of hotshot unlimited data international, and more so he asked her to change his plan add money to his account and start this service today she refused to do add money on count change plan start service today or even update my services to be able to use hotspot know why is these happening over and over at this location they were so good at customer services at the beginning know new employee or new management but this is the worst boost mobile store to go to to for anything but not only this one is ran buy this manager your store on Colorado Blvd.Molin and Colfax Ave and one more store are being ran buy this crew and management team contact me buy thank you
