As per my post at this site dated July 26, 2025, I FINALLY got to this so-called 'Chatr President' s Office' after almost 2 months struggling with Chatr online support over a no more than $18 that Chatr refused to refund me since I switched my phone to Rogers on June 8/25. Chatr AI blocks customers from live agents for help
I called Chatr customer service last night & was totally annoyed & being highly frustrated by this AI machine that stopped me from talking to a live agent (IF THEY STILL IN PLACE & NOT BEING ALL REPLACED BY AI !) multiple times however I tried. Furthermore, this AI kept SMS me with links to do whatever non-stop when I kept trying different ways to overrode...
