Bob's Discount Furniture / abused and disrespected customer

After not one, two or three adventures with this ### company I have once again fell for the cheap Asian oak furniture that is either damaged or doesn't come in when the salespeople "promise" then after literally dozens of useless phones with uneducated inept personnel at the local store and central customer "Disservice" department your frustration level goes beyond any experience.

This one is hard to explain they keep calling me telling me that the TV entertainment unit is in and ready for delivery and then email or call a day later and apologize that a piece is damaged and they’re out of stock after getting all my money.

This has repeated 6 times within the last two weeks and both customer service and mgmt are useless and offer only pathetically weak I'm sorry's. Avoid this amateur, sloppy, low end weasel company at all costs the perceived savings are a menagerie. Stay as far away as you can or get abused.

    bobs furniture is [censor] and they use contractors to inspect your furniture that are [censor] too. they are selling garbage and when it breaks they give you the run around.
    BOBS furniture are [censor] and so are the contractors that show up
    for the inspections
