Bajaj Allianz Motor Policy / Car Survey

My Car chevrolet aveo u-va that is covered under bajaj allianz motor policy was damaged and when sent for repairing and asked for claim in the workshop of M/s Dulichand they submitted the claim aand when surveyer came, he did not given fair survey report and I did not get claim for most of the damaged part of my car. According to surveyer Debabrata Sengupta the other damage did not occur on the accident and does not look fresh damaged, while he himself given approval for oldest damage in my car. I dont know what is the criteria of measuring the fresh and old damage and I want to know whether is it mentioned so'where in policy document that the old damage will not be covered even if it is after insurance date. I am not satisfied with the survey and want to get fair insurance claim.
