Avon.comdeliveries and payment

I recently had to go into hospital and advised Avon that I would not be sending in a c ampaign 3 order but would send a campaign 4 order in which i did on time before going to hospital. I therefore expected to receive my order today. they knew as I had e mailed and telephoned that I was away and could not do any action on my account until now. I was very annoyed on checking my account today to notice that my order has been held up as I owed £57.34 I have never before not paid my account and they were aware that I could not pay this until today, but still withheld my order therefore making me wait another week before being able to deliver my orders. I find this very annoying - they had not even informed me that they were not sending my order, I do not feel that Avon correspond with each department to let them know what is going on and did not even care about my circumstances and help me in t hese circumstances.
