Lady J Cosmetics

I found Lady J online as I was starting a new cosmetic line. We hit it off really well. I am a straight shooter so it's hard to connect with people sometime. I placed a few orders. It took a little time however I did receive my products. It wasn't the full amount, but she did state the rest would be following. Over the course of 3 years, I have worked with her, and we have had our up and downs, but she always pulls through. She is human as we all are. In my opinion the products I have got from her have been excellent. I could have thrown in the towel a long time ago but instead I was helping her learn from her mistakes and I benefitted from it. Overall she has done a great job! I have never met her in person but feel she is like family.

I signed a contract with Lady J Manufacturing for private label cosmetics on June 21. The sales rep, ***, helped me with the order. I purchased the following items: 50 vitamin c face wash for $7.00 each ($350), 100 lipglosses in rhinestone cases for $6.00 each ($600), 50 Selena red matte lipsticks in rhinestone cases for $6.00 each ($300), and 50 hyralonic acid serums for $6.00 each ($300). The total cost was $1550 plus $155 tax, making it $1705. The shipping cost was $324.85.

On July 26, I received one out of four shipments, which contained the 50 Selena red matte lipsticks. However, they were not in the specified rhinestone cases or packaging boxes. I immediately contacted the owner through email to inform her about the issue. She explained that the salesperson, ***, was no longer with the company and had made a mistake with my order. She assured me that they would send the lipsticks in the correct cases and packaging.

Since then, the owner, Lady J, has been assuring me that my products were shipped. However, as of September 17, I still haven't received the rest of my order. Despite my request for a refund, she refuses to provide one.

I luv my products from Lady J Manufacturing and already have reordered 4 times with them. The matte lip lips formula is really good quality.

Lady J Cosmetics, LLC is honestly the worst company I've ever dealt with. They just take your hard-earned money and only give you a measly 1/3 of the products you ordered. It's like they're not even a proper manufacturing company, they rely on vendors from Alibaba.com and then charge you extra so they can make a quick buck. It's just not fair, you know?

I really like my products. I have a complete range of lipgloss, eyeshadow, lip pencils, and body bronzers that I ordered from Lady J. I had to wait a bit longer for my products, but it was totally worth it. Besides that, I have no complaints. I've already ordered from her two times. The quality of the products is really good.
