I was charged for one day of driving the car for 80 miles $ 4800 dollars because of employee puts in charge as 16000 miles!!!
picked up car on 6/6 at Detroit at 9:10pm, returned to flint airport (75 miles away) on 6/7/2017 at 4:25pm
how does your system allow such charge to happen without a stop, considering that your employees don't think they should stop and look at such a stupid entry.
Why did i need to call 4 times and wait each time 45 mins to get this to be corrected?
why did this huge charge needed approval from a supervisor to be reversed, why should not have the system stopped the user and asked a sup to review before it was processed initially if the reversal needed a supervisor?????
why do I need to wait 10 business days for you to process this reversal while your company did not wait 10 days for get the money processed as a charge??!!!
