AT&T / service cut off

I had my service cut off for a bill you keep saying that is not paid.

I return one of your U-Verse boxes through USPS and have already been on the phone with you 2 times and given the tracking number and verify that the box has been return and still my service got cut off.

I just called back again and they are telling me again that I still owe this $160.18 and cannot cut my service back on.

At this time AT&T has the worse customer service I have ever seen and I deal with customer service every day with my job.

I will be having Direct TV taken from my house and will never use you again.

I will also make sure everyone I know that ask me about AT&T know to not get this service.

    that's at&t for you they only care about being paid and whatever scam they can pull
    they do not care at all about there customers ever unless of course yu got money in front of them
    they cancelled my cell service years ago because I " dared expected help" really? they know nothing beyond there non answer scripts and do not help at all this also applies to there supervisors and others who do the same
    nothing is ever there fault
    personally I would look into legal action for this charge they claim you owe
    if you got tracking information and all that how can they deny it?
    if it was signed for ( not always done with tracking) that would help as well
    I would also go on better business bureau site and file a complaint there as well

    tip here you calling them will get nowhere they are only concerned about themselves
