Order no.[protected]. I placed this order on 10/10/2018 on one of the store on AliExpress which I never received and when I contacted the seller he just asked me to have paid. after my repeated messages he just shipped one product out of two and no information about the other product even after almost two months. it shows part order shipped on the system but doesn't have information about when the seller is going to ship the other item. I want to cancel the order as this seller has many negative comments about non delivery and I want refund and when I am trying to open dispute I cannot see any option for opening a dispute which is very shocking does it mean that if seller don't ship the product I cannot apply for refund. I want the refund. tell me how do I apply.
