AliExpress / no response from the seller

Use AliExpress at your own risk. I've purchased a camera from AliExpress and when it arrived it was damaged. Contacted the seller and asked for a replacement, he said ok and promised I'll get one in 14-21 days. Unfortunately nothing ever arrived and when I emailed the seller he never answered. When I asked AliExpress customer service for help, they said that there was nothing they could do and that I need to discuss the problem with the seller. Ridiculous! How can I discuss anything with a person which does not communicate!! That was the worst online shopping experience ever!

    yep they do but they r no help at all they don't now nothing they r dumb as a fence post wen it come down to a order

    yep 24 7 serves but they don't have a phone number so you can talk to someone they r frods

    I think I need to talk better business bureau to help get my money back it is taking to long to get a order I mean come on it dos not take this long atenerweair els
