AliExpress / aliexpress products poor quality and they don't refund

Ordered a dog bag and it arrived with a broken zip and inner lining split - extremely poor quality. I contacted AliExpress straight away, opened a dispute and they told me I would get my money back. Two months later and no money and AliExpress closed the dispute and won't reply to my emails. Total crooks!

I would not suggest anyone purchase from this website unless you want to throw your money away.
