Airtel Postpaid Connection / tortured by airtel

I called Airtel customer care for the cancellation of my postpaid Add on as I lost my sim and hand set.The agent said that it is disconnected. But after 4 months I checked the hard copy of my mobile bill and i was still getting the bill for my add on. They take the money for my bill from my credit card so i was ignorant of this. After this I called around 20 times to disconnect the add on but they were insisting mr to take another number. I also paid around 1400 unnecessarily for the other number which they didn't refund. Its a very big torture. I am switching to Vodafone.

    i m ur postpaid customer who had lost his usb modem few days ago how so ever i got my duplicate sim.i have my connection of i am in banglore and since last 20 days i m running from 1 store to another for usb.and ur agents r denying 4m giving it.

    i cud not understand the reason..wat kind of services ur r providing to ur customer jst ponder over it.plz reply
