Airtel Mobile / balance deduction

I have a prepaid Airtel connection with the number [protected]. I have already faced twice the unauthorized deductions on account of some services which were not requested by me or by my choosing or dialing any number.
But since yesterday, the Airtel people have gone a step ahead and not only diminished my balance on account of usage of GPRS which is not activated by me and I use wi-fi for internet connectivity but also bringing the balance to a negative figure by themselves activating the Hello Tunes service and also changing the songs with the result that now I am unable to contact even the complain helpline 198.
