Airtel - Cug Postpaid Plan / billing cycle is not clear

Hi, I am having a connection CUG post paid with Airtel from mid of July 2005 and used till july 2007. During the month from February 2007, some of the calls called by others have added to my bill and customer care is not accepted the problem. So i paid additional charges extra. After that the same problem is repeatedly every month, the customer care will not support in this regard. I mailed to Nodal officer, no use at all. In the bill statement, for wrong numbers also charged, miss call, more sms usage etc are keep on adding extra. Please don't go for Airtel specifically to CUG Postpaid plan irrespective of the company. Try to stick with another network other than airtel.
