Air Arabia / followed airline instructions a week, then 24 hrs, then 12 hrs in advance. still no seats, no baggage, no meals

This has got to be the worst airline to whom I have ever had the displeasure of throwing away my money. The website has never allowed the selection of baggage, seats and meals either the day the ticket was booked, 24 hours in advance of the flight, nor 12 hours in advance. The website shows error messages, then shows payment has gone through; it is completely contradictory. I have scoliosis and have to lean against something during flights (ie, a window); I have a severely restricted diet; and, most outrageous of all, I have baggage that needs to be checked in. What kind of business is this??? The agent could do nothing and when I tried to submit a complaint she kept repeating the question "what exactly is your complaint?"
