Air Arabia humiliation by air arabia crew

On 01 sept we were on hyderabad to sharjah flight . We were a family of 04 travelling to moscow. We had cleared all the security checks and and reached the aircraft. There stood mr mohammad at the entrance with a grim face, he asked me for the boarding pass i said i am aware and would be able to seat myself . He then snatched my boarding pass from my hands and declared unilateraly that my behaviour was aggressive he needed to check me for security i would be a security threat for other passengers while i stood aghast. My special child had gone past your cabin crew dyan continiously kept blocking the path of my wife who kept requesting to go and fetch the special child who would be lost inside. Mr mohammad told and threatened me that i need to be deboarded immediately and he would fill my form .He went and complained about me to the captain 02 times. The captain being a senior person could see me from his cabin standing quite and still with my hands folded and head hung low. The captain refused to entertain mr mohammad as i dont drink or take drugs or was shouting or doing any thing. I was just travelling on holiday with my kids . I wondered if mr mohammad had to check me for security as i was a security threat then what the other security agencies within the air port had done . Once the captain refused to deport me he then caught hold of my son and continuously humiliated me in front of my elder son saying mr mohammad was not my servant but i had never said any thing as such . Airarabia is not repeat not for family holidays as such behaviour was never encountered by me in all my previous international travels with better airlines .I thank airarabia and its crew for spoiling my holiday forcibly declaring me dangerous and an security threat for others humiliating me in front of my family

a customer does not pay rs 2.5 lakhs to be purposefully humiliated by your crew in front of his family who enjoy threatening your customer that he shall be deboarded for no reason .Over and above mr mohammad went and tried to influence the captian and he would close the door while he tried his level best to influence the captain but the captain took a look at me once mr mohammad opened the cockpit door he did not say a word and did not support the lies of mr mohammad as you need basis to deboard a passenger i was not drunk i had not taken any drugs i had not misbehaved with any one i was flying air arabia with a valid passport and ticket . If your crew remains with the behaviour shown by mr mohammad then in comming times airarabia itself would not be there as your customer and his feedback will reject airarabia. The actions of your crew show your customer has nooooooo priority . Dont just propogate/say things please understand the customer reads your actions before judging you. I am sure other airlines do not practice snatching boarding passes from their customer please have systems in your company which are true and justified as per the law in inquiries and feedback. Your crew enjoys to threaten the passengers as they are generally workers from india . This airlines is not for the people who travel on family holidays . This airline is strictly not for family travel

even if given a free ticket never ever travel airarabia with family

You need a Schengen multiple entry visa if Italy was not your first point of entry or else you would need to show travel reservations from Vienna to any airport in Italy.

Air Arabia received a damaged luggage bag

Air Arabia excess baggage charges

I need to complain with regards to last trip I had my booking reference [protected], at the counter they I had luggage and laptop bag they have calculated weight of my laptop bag and have taken 1 kg extra 1000 rs inr, I am a frequent traveler and very disappointed by this issue, please review and if possible I need refund I have the receipt from teh airport. Air Arabia baggage fees

I recently travelled on August 30 from Marrakech to Fez with a small carry-on within the dimensions ad just under 10 kg. At check in the agent told me my bag would not fit overhead and the flight was full so he made me pay 200 MAD which I did under protest. Many other passengers boarded the flight with much larger bags and clearly there was plenty of room for my bag.
I am submitting photos showing that my bag clearly fit, and I did not have other luggage with me. I would like a refund to my credit card. My PNR is [protected]

Air Arabia complaint against flight crew miss zara

Dear sir/ madam
this is to inform you that we had boarded your flight G90463 dated 9/9/2019 23:15 we 35 passengers travelling together out of which few passengers noticed the rude behaviour of miss zara. for eg the incident happened with me was i wanted to go to the washroom and both the bathroom was closed seeing the ground row seats unoccupied i had a seat and was waiting for the toilet to open miss zara approach me and told me to not to seat here very rudely and take your seat and go behind. I really fealt very insulted in ground of other passengers so kindly look into the matter and let me know what action has been taken against her.

Air Arabia late flight

Hi ..
I had a flight on 8 sep 2019 from kuwait to yerevan and there was stop in sharjah
My flight from kuwait to sharjah was late 2 hours and i didn't arrive on time for my second flight
They let me wait in the airport for whole day until the next day without giving a room to rest
Now i am too tired and sick from this trip
I need to complane about this

Air Arabia 3o103

6 hours delay from fez to gatwick london, and zero compensation.
Never use this company. The worst costumer service is just literally not existent. No phone is working.
Avoid at any price.
You should know that this company is not registered at Europe and hence doesn't abide by European regulation.
Ryanair at least will refund compensate...
Air arabia you are at the mercy of Arab sheikh...
Avoid and avoid.

Dear sir
This is in reference to booking ref [protected] of meenu raj flt g9 on 28.7.19 where she was offloaded due to health reasons, subsequently booked again on 31.7.19 by paying additional rupees 4000/-, again she was offloaded due to requirement of fitness certificate totally astonished fitness certificate
This was not mentioned while we booked ticket again, air arabia
Counter staff told her to wait for station manager to decide
For flt as she didnt have fitness certificate, to our surprise station manager didn't come flt left.
now fyi I have fitness certificate tkt copy mentioning offload
Requesting you to credit due amount to her account for future use.

Air Arabia bad behavior of the airport manager at bahrain airport.. staff polite to rude and inhuman

I was traveling with my Wife and three kids ages 5 ... I informed at the counter check in Staff I have 3 kids and is possible to check in the handbags.. we were over weight in had but adjusted the same accordingly however my 2 of my kids bag pack not weighing more than 2kgs. Me and my family were asked by the hand baggage staff keep the bag off.. it's sad ur Airport. Mgrs was so inhumane...we understand airline policies.. but such behavior was not expected.. to kids.. I think he must not be having kid to understand them.. so inappropriate rude behavior of a [censored] airport manager...

Such incompetent or I must say racist Airport manager .. let go a Araib lady also checked in their hand bags.. other pax were allowed to two hand bag.. a Pilopino staff was so rude.. said it's your problem if you have kids with you.. Such arrogant nature of staff spoils the name of the airline.. we have traveled Emirates Airline Qatar airways Gulf air bust never experienced such arrogant behavior from staff.. looks like no indication of human behavior was taught to air arabia ground staff

Air Arabia bag damage claim

Dear Management, I am writing to you after extinguishing all possible measures that i could do to get an update on my damaged bag claim. I travelled from Khi to Shj recently and due to poor handling, my travel bag was badly damaged and broken. My File ref. number is SHJG949558. I called the damage claims department around 100 times in the past few days but no one ever picked up my call. I also got one lame excuse from your call center today that the bus was late due to which there is no staff available to entertain damage claims. Can you please assist me in getting an update and recovering my damages.

Air Arabia Baggage delayed

I borded air Arabia flight on 17 th august from Chennai to Dammam .Your staff delayed my luggage at sharjah airport it couldn't be boarded on flight . After waiting for the luggage on Dammam airport i received this shock .after inquiry they told me luggage is in sharjah .now i am in such a mess in the new country.with out my essential things ..i suffered a lot .my vacation is being ruined sitting in a hotel room .. because of utter careless and unprofessional behavior of ur staff.my luggage tag numbers G90514948901.

Air Arabia air ticket purchase

I am trying to buy tickets for myself and my wife online, but not able to pay using my Visa and Mada card. The card belongs to bank SAMBA. For the last two days, your online payment system is not working. I tried to reach your toll free number using our land line, but, in vain. Me and my family borded air Arabia flight on 10 th august (yesterday) from sharjaha to prague .u r staff delayed our luggage at sharjah airport it couldnt be boarded on flight . Air Arabia service

I am submit my complaint and my bad experience with Air Arabia customer service on the boarding on gate entrance 21 on the 6th of August..the customer service of your staff is ZERO .thay do not have the minimum standard of customer service..you have critical problems in your training of your staff ..unless it is under your approval .they are rude ..this girl called Alia and this guy his name Don Manuel..who re weight the luggage..they are very rude and even the supervisors were there they are worst ...your company has critical problems with tha standard ..they charge me only for my laptop weight. And I think this same like mobile phone you can not charge it I tried to explain for them but I think it is because of your instructions from the management and this will be worst even if your concept to only collect money even in monkey ways ..I am disappointed from your staff and your supervisors..I tried to ask about their names they covered the numtags ..what a kind of customer service..you must review your standard and concepts ..it is just a kind of theft. I will make sure to tell my friends and my colleagues and I will never fly again through your disgusting airlines and your disgusting staff (Alia -Don Manual .supervisor Yassin and one more supervisor Jodrinian one )all they are really shame on your company and if you are agree for their behaviour this mean this is the concepts of your company and you will never be in good ranking among the other airlines

Air Arabia boarding staff in agadir airport for air arabia

Flight from Agadir to Birmingham UK. 9th Aug 2019 at 7am. No.30 107.A female member of staff caused an unnecessary scene when checking boarding cards before walking to plane. She accused us of having too much hand luggage. When i explained to her that my sin was carrying my bag fir me as was weak she started shouting and held everyone up and wouldnt let him through. I asked her to count her bags. When evident there were no additional bags and in fact one less she then accused me of giving a bag to someone else to take on board. She needed training in Air Arabia guidelines for hand luggage and customer service. She was very rude and caused a big disruption as well as a delay.

Air Arabia my complaint is about female staff of air arabia at sardar vallabhbhai patel international airport ahmedabad.

Myself is Chirag Shah (Passport no: K4847405) and I travelled with my family through Air Arabia flight: G9480 (05:15 AM) on 06.08.2019.
We experienced very bad behavior from female staff just before boarding the plane.
We were two families (my friend's family also travelling along with me till Jubail Saudi Arabia) total 07 members.
My friend's family had two small kids, they had only 01 hand bag. So, I discussed with my friend and used his margin of remaining 02 handbags.
Since my friend's family had 02 small kids, I asked her to manage only 01 hand bag and I managed her 02 handbags.
02 females from Air Arabia staff stopped me before entering the flight and asked me n my family about the 06 handbags we were carrying.
I explained them that 04 handbags belongs to my family and remaining 02 handbags belongs to my friend's family traveling with me.
They asked me to take 04 handbags and keep 02 handbags and harassed me n my friend's family for almost 20-30 min. They were asking us to book extra luggage and pay 1000 INR per kg which we denied and argued to show us the airlines policy where it should be mentioned that two friends or their families are not allowed to share their luggage. I told them they cannot stop passengers for such reasons where the passengers had mutual adjustments about their luggage.
Finally 01 staff member asked the female staff to let us go since this handbags margin sharing cannot be restricted as it was a mutual adjustment between two families.
I don't have more details about those two girls who misbehaved with us but I remember the guy who asked them to leave the matter and his name was Sachin.
I request Air Arabia management to take this matter seriously and take necessary actions.
I would like to know the updates on my complaint.
Hope there will be fair treatment from Air Arabia in future.

Air Arabia boarding denial

I booked this flight to go to Haj and at the airport the officer said that the last time to go to Haj through air arabia was 5/8/2019
Which was not stated any were on the web site at the time of my booking
And it was a surprise for me
And it caused me my ticket and I had to purchase another one at a costy price
Moreover I have to cancel my return ticket with no refund
Which is an additional lose
Please advise what to do
