Flair Airlines Disgusted.

I am DISGUSTED by my experience today with Flair airlines. I was flying home from Cancun airport with 2 kids under 2 and the gate agents told me I have to pay for both their diaper bags for $160.00. I showed the agents, as per their website, that we are permitted to bring a diaper bag, stroller and car seat free of charge. (Keep in mind I paid for checked bags already). They told me if I do not pay for the diaper bags I will be denied boarding. This man pictured here was abusing our family and stating our diaper bag was considered a carry on item and if we don’t pay it they will call security. I will NEVER fly Flair again. Please be aware of this company, they do not honour what their website states and their staff is incompetent

Recommendation: Do not fly Flair Airlines.

Flair Airlines Lost luggage

My Oct 25/23 flight from Halifax was delayed 3 hours. We boarded and then were delayed again. What should have been a 4hour layover in Montreal turned in to less than one 1hour. I had to collect my bags, recheck in myself and my bags for my flight to Vancouver. I made my flight but my bags never made it to Vancouver. I reported my bags missing right away and subsequently sent numerous emails to Flair, all to which I was getting a generic reply, which is of no help. I try calling and just get automated messages. I've gone to YVR twice and there is never anyone from Flair there that I can talk to. I've done everything requested by the airline.

Claimed loss: 3 weeks now with no luggage. 2 large luggage gone!! Upwards of $6000 in personal items gone!! Clothing, shoes, toiletries.

Desired outcome: Find my bags! Or at least properly respond to me and let me know the status of the investigation as to where my bags are, or what you will be doing to rectify this for me.

Flair Airlines Frustrating Experience with Flair Airlines Customer Service: A Review

Well, let me tell you, my experience with Flair Airlines has been incredibly frustrating to say the least. For the past two days, I've been desperately trying to get ahold of their customer service department, but to no avail. With my flight only two days away, the lack of response from the airline has left me feeling helpless and frustrated.

My attempts to get in touch with Flair Airlines have been wide-reaching, but not a single thing has worked. I've tried their live chat feature, but nobody was available to connect with me. I then waited on hold for an hour and a half on the phone, only to be hung up on. I even attempted to use their text service, but all I received were automated responses.

As a last resort, I emailed the airline only to receive absolutely no response at all. And just when I thought things couldn't get any worse, the "in app changes" feature wasn't even working - it simply wouldn't load all night long.

Unfortunately, the lack of customer service and inability to make changes to my itinerary has forced me to cancel my trip altogether. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to my travels with this airline, but their poor service has truly left me feeling disappointed and frustrated.

Flair Airlines Disastrous Experience with Flair Airlines: Cancelled Flights and Terrible Customer Service

Oh boy, where do I even begin with Flair Airlines? Let's start with the cancelled flights shall we. It's a pretty terrible feeling to have your travel plans suddenly thrown into disarray, especially before you even step foot on the plane. However, what's even worse is having to deal with their customer service to try and sort things out. It's like trying to navigate through a maze blindfolded. Seriously, trying to contact them is like pulling teeth.

After much waiting and frustration, we were promised the next available flight at no additional cost. Sounds great, right? Wrong. It was anything but. We ended up getting slapped with the cost of a hotel reservation we couldn't make, Uber rides to and from the airport, and on top of that- an increase in flight cost. It added up quickly and totally nullified any savings we had anticipated with this budget airline.

It's a shame really, because the whole reason we went with Flair Airlines was to save some dough and put that extra cash towards a fun-filled holiday. Instead, we ended up exhausted, irritated and with empty pockets! Overall, I would definitely recommend avoiding this airline if possible. Sure, they may be cheaper - but the headache and hassle are just not worth it. Save your sanity and opt for a more reliable and customer-oriented airline. Trust us, your wallet (and holiday vibes) will thank you.

Flair Airlines Caution: Flair Airlines' Punctuality is Highly Questionable, Costing Us Our Time and Money

When it comes to air travel, one of the things that we expect is punctuality. Unfortunately, that is not always the case with Flair Airlines. After personally experiencing delays, I would caution you to think twice before booking with them, especially if you have tight schedules.

During our recent trip, our flight was delayed by a whopping 6 hours without any notification, causing a great deal of inconvenience not only at the airport but also for our entire trip. Since we had already booked our accommodation and car rental, we missed our first night's stay, and the rental company charged us for a missed day. Additionally, we lost 2 hours of our fishing trip on the day we arrived, which was also pre-booked.

The worst part about the whole experience was the lack of empathy or concern on the part of the airline. They did not even offer us any compensation, which was quite frustrating given the extent of our losses. Even when we asked the airline's representatives why there had been a delay, we received no response or explanation.

While it may be tempting to book budget airlines like Flair Airlines, given their affordable prices, you could end up paying much more in the long run, essentially cutting into the savings you hoped to have by booking with them. Therefore, it would be wise to avoid them altogether, as we are left with a bad impression and would not recommend it to any fellow travelers.

Hello readers, I would like to share my experience with Flair Airlines. I must say that it was not a pleasant one. I encountered several issues with their customer service which ultimately left me infuriated. The wait time on hold was unbearable and even after waiting for up to 6 hours, the call was often cut off. Additionally, my emails and text messages were not addressed, leading me to believe that this airline lacks efficient communication channels.

I understand that airlines can face challenges from time to time, but I found Flair Airlines to be highly unprofessional in their handling of these challenges. I was left feeling like I was stuck in limbo - frustrated and exasperated. Truth be told, I felt like pulling my hair out in frustration and despair.

If you are considering booking with Flair Airlines, I highly recommend proceeding with caution. I advise potential customers to educate themselves regarding the type of service provided by the airline before making any decisions. Don't assume that all airlines offer top-notch customer care. In fact, booking with Flair Airlines may cause more harm than good.

Flair Airlines Flair Airlines Review: Understaffed, Unreliable, and Unsatisfactory Flying Experience

My experience with Flair Airlines was not a pleasant one. Unfortunately, I was faced with a 3-hour delay on my Friday flight and when I thought things couldn't get any worse, I was hit with a 5-hour delay on my Saturday morning flight. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed and frustrated with the situation.

One issue that I noticed was that the airline was understaffed at check-in and during boarding. This made the process even more chaotic and prolonged the delays. It was clear that the lack of staff was a contributing factor to the overall delays experienced.

Adding to my frustration was the fact that I had to pay for both my luggage and seat on the flight. Even more frustrating, despite paying extra for a specific seat, the airline can choose to move you at their discretion to a cheaper seat without refunding the difference. It's a sneaky tactic that left a bad taste in my mouth.

The planes themselves left much to be desired. There was no WiFi or TV’s, which left me feeling bored and restless during the flight. All in all, it was the worst flying experience I've ever had.

What made matters worse was that I was flying down to attend a work meeting and the hours behind schedule meant that I missed the meeting. This delay cost me both time and money, and I was extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by Flair Airlines.

Given my experience, I would not recommend this airline to anyone. The poor management, understaffing, lack of amenities, and unreliable schedule make for an unsatisfactory flying experience.

Flair Airlines Cancellation Chaos: My Disappointing Experience with Flair Airlines and edreams

Recently, I had the chance to book a flight with Flair Airlines through the travel agent service, edreams. I booked 2 tickets with them, looking forward to my upcoming trip. However, my excitement was cut short when I received the unfortunate news that our flight had been cancelled by Flair Air.

Upon hearing this unexpected news, we were offered an alternative re-booking option, which inconveniently happened to be 4 days later than our initial departure date. This, for us, was clearly not a feasible option given our tight schedule.

To top it off, we were disappointed to learn that we would not be receiving a full refund for the cost of our tickets. The reason we were given was that edreams charges a mediation fee. I found it inconvenient and unfair to be charged $63 as a mediation fee when clearly no mediation service was offered as an alternative. It was Flair Airlines who initially cancelled the flight and not us.

This episode has left me feeling extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Flair Airlines and edreams. It is frustrating to have to deal with the hassle of a cancelled flight that could have been better handled, and losing out on hard-earned money. Consequently, I wouldn't recommend anyone else to go through this similar experience for a flight that couldn't even be reasonably rescheduled with this airline. It is safe to say that I would not be booking with Flair Airlines or edreams in the future.

Flair Airlines Review of Flair Airlines: Pleasant Flight, but Poor Online Booking and Customer Service Experience

I recently had the opportunity to fly with Flair Airlines, and while the actual flight itself was pleasant enough, I must say that the online booking and subsequent customer service experience were far from satisfactory. I encountered a string of issues that left me feeling frustrated and somewhat disappointed with the airline's overall service.

To begin with, the online check-in process was cumbersome and confusing. Despite the website advising that printing out your boarding pass was necessary, this proved to be impossible, as the website would not allow me to do so. This resulted in me having to call Flair's customer service team for assistance, which only led to further issues.

During the phone calls, I was astounded by the sheer number of problems that arose. One of the most frustrating aspects was that the website seemed unaware that there were two of us travelling, insisting on creating the same baggage allowance for both myself and my wife. Naturally, this caused quite a bit of confusion, and when we called Flair to resolve the matter, we discovered that my wife had been allocated less baggage than was allowed on the return trip than she was for the outbound flight. This was a rather startling revelation, and I spent an inordinate amount of time trying to get it sorted out.

Furthermore, the customer service representatives I spoke to were not particularly helpful or efficient. During one call in particular, an agent was simply unable to comprehend my concerns and, to my great frustration, hung up on me mid-conversation. This kind of experience left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.

Overall, while the flight itself with Flair was perfectly fine, the numerous issues encountered with the online booking process and customer service experience left a sour taste in my mouth. I would hope that Flair can devote more resources towards improving their customer service experience in the future, as it is an area where they are currently falling short.

If you're looking for an affordable option for your next flight, you may be considering Flair Airlines. However, it's important to be aware of the extra fees that can quickly increase the cost of your ticket. One thing to note is that Flair charges for carry-on bags. This means that if you show up to the check-in counter with a carry-on bag, you may be hit with an unexpected fee - one reviewer reported being charged $62 for their carry-on.

Flair Airlines Disappointing experience with Flair Airlines - Unacceptable Customer Service and Negligence during COVID Times

My recent trip home from Abbotsford to Toronto with Flair Airlines was a disappointment, to say the least. Unfortunately, we were denied boarding due to an expired driver's license during the challenging COVID times we are currently facing. However, what followed was unacceptable.

After realizing that our bag was still on the plane, which contained vital medication, we demanded its retrieval. The Flair Airlines employee told us that it would be taken care of, but unfortunately, they didn't deliver on their promise. The delay in retrieving our belongings caused us great concern for our health and well-being.

Thankfully, we discovered that we could extend our Ontario driver's license online and subsequently attempted to re-book our flight with Flair Airlines. To our surprise, we were told that this was not acceptable, and we still couldn't fly. This is an error on Flair Airlines' part, and their staff should have returned our bag and accepted our now valid ID.

Despite Flair Airlines' mistakes, I am grateful that Swoop Airlines stepped up and offered to fly us home immediately after hearing our plight. Their exceptional customer service, coupled with their knowledge of Canadian Government regulations regarding valid ID, saved the day.

Overall, Flair Airlines gave us incorrect information, created health concerns through their negligence, and failed to deliver on their promises. It's disappointing to say the least, but I'm grateful for the other airline's superior service that helped get us home safely.

Flair Airlines Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Flair Airlines Amid Pandemic

My recent experience with Flair Airlines left me feeling flustered and dissatisfied. In light of the pandemic, I had to cancel my travel plans and reached out to my travel agency for assistance. Unfortunately, they directed me to contact Flair Airlines directly, which added more stress to my already hectic situation.

After speaking with one of Flair Airlines' agents, I was shocked to learn that I would receive $0 in refund and be charged an additional fee of $2.95 for my cancellation. This left me feeling cheated and frustrated. I couldn't wrap my head around how a company could charge customers for canceling flights under such extraordinary circumstances.

The agent I spoke to was respectful and professional, so I don't hold them responsible for the policies of the company. However, I do believe that Flair Airlines needs to review its approach to customer service. It is concerning that they don't seem to prioritize the needs and concerns of their customers.

As someone who has had a negative experience with Flair Airlines, I will be passing on this information to my friends and family. It is essential that people are aware of the policies and practices of companies they decide to do business with. I hope that Flair Airlines takes this feedback into consideration and works towards providing better customer service in the future.
