I traveled from Air Arabia and booked a return flight from New Delhi and booked my meals online first of all i was served other than the booked meal and upon informing i was given a rude response but got the right meal but as per the online menu i was supposed to receive a beverage along with the meal but upon asking the air hostess i was told they do not have any information about it hence if i want i need to pay for the beverage even though i show my ticket to her and even though she said the list they got did not have information about it so i paid for that and avoid to complaint, but a week later i reserved my parents ticket for the same route and booked the meal online for them and the same thing happened with them as well and they were charged for the beverage and served the meal that was not booked for them so it is ridiculous and i thought to put up a complaint against it and hope this should be rectified and does not happen with me again.
How can I forward my complaint to the company? The manager at their sales office gave me this email...
I booked the return ticket from chennai to bahrain on 29.12.13 @ 3.00 am. Unfortunately I couldn't able to fly on that day. So I approach the agent to reschedule my flight on 05.01.14. But they refused it to do so. Then I called the customer care but they also gave the same answer, now what I have to do. I can't fly on that day. Is there is any possibilities to take back my money or ticket for me. Please kindly help me

During the past ten years, I have traveled with Air Arabia several times . Normally, I am happy with the services. However, on Saturday, 06 Jul 2013, I had an unpleasant and upsetting experience which should be noticed and I would like to know your excuses.
This was a scheduled trip as I was supposed to assist to an interview on Sunday, 7 July 2013 . The ticket was purchased online on Sunday, June 9, 2013, flight number 9201 (ticket is attached).
Unfortunately, the flight had no more place before eleven o'clock when I reached the airport . I requested them to reserve another flight from so many other airlines which were leaving same day to Iran from Dubai but the management just gave me a sit for next flight with Air Arabia which was three days later and hosted me in Air Arabia's hotel .
This flight delay prevented me from reaching my interview in which I was able to get a good job and I am very sad about it .
I am kindly asking you compensate me for the delay .

Check-in counters close 1 hour prior to the scheduled time. Passengers failing to check-in on time will not be accepted for travel and will forfeit their flight and their ticket.

Credit card payment
Passengers must carry the original credit card or copy of front of the card using which the payment has been made. Airport staff should ask for it as a proof of payment . Failing to provide the card or copy the passenger will not be accepted on Air Arabia flight.
Passengers traveling from Colombo, Kiev, Peshawar, Sialkot, Alexandria, Kathmandu, Khartoum & Kenya: For all bookings made for above mentioned cities, the card holder must be a member of the traveling group and produce Credit Card at check-in for verification. Failing to provide the card, the passenger will not be accepted on Air Arabia
We do not accept children traveling unaccompanied under their 12th birthday. Passengers accompanying children should be above 16 years old.
Infants under the age of 2 weeks cannot be accepted for travel.

Checked baggage: every passenger can pre-book a baggage allowance while doing his reservation through our website, call center, sales shops or partner travel agents, at the following discounted rates:
For flights starting from 1st January 2013:
20 Kg: AED 10 to 20 / passenger / one way
30 Kg: AED 20 to 50 / passenger / one way
40 Kg: AED 150 / passenger / one way
At the airport, if a passenger didn’t pre-book his baggage (selected “No baggage”) the first 20 kg will be charged at AED 50 / passenger / one way, any weight above 20 Kg is considered excess baggage. Excess baggage rates will continue to apply on any weight above the pre-booked allowance.
Maximum weight permitted per individual piece of baggage is 32 kgs with total dimensions of 160 cms (W+D+L).
Hand baggage allowance per passenger must not exceed 10 kgs with dimensions within 55 x 40 x 20 cms.
Air Arabia liability for lost or damaged baggage is limited to USD 20 per kg and a maximum of 20 KG.

Appointed sales agents of Air Arabia are authorized to collect a handling fee over and above the total fare reflecting on your itinerary print. Flight Changes, cancellations and Credit
Reservations must be modified or cancelled at least 24 hours before local scheduled flight departure time by calling our Air Arabia Call Centre or by contacting Air Arabia Sales Centers or Appointed Travel Agents in the respective region.
Flight changes are subject to a modification fee plus any difference in fare between the initial booking and the modified booking. A fee of AED 150 (or equivalent) per passenger, per sector will be applicable.
Air Arabia does not have a refund policy once the booking if paid for. Should a passenger cancel a flight at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure time, a cancellation fee of AED 150 (or equivalent) will be applicable, or if the cancellation is done within 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure time, a cancellation fee of AED 200 (or equivalent) will be charged per passenger, per sector. Air Arabia will retain the remaining amount as a credit towards a future flight which can be used for travel within one year from the date of payment by the same passenger only.

Visit Visa, Residence Visa
Passengers holding original visa do not require OK to Board message. However in case passenger is traveling from India & Pakistan or Bangladesh to UAE and holding copy of UAE visa, the sponsor or the representative of the passengers have to produce the original visa in person along with a fee of AED 15 at Hala Service in Sharjah International Airport between 08:30 to 15:00 and it has to be done minimum 24 hours before departure of the flight. These offices after verifying with the authorities concerned will authorize to accept the passenger by inserting a remark in the reservation. The failure to do so will lead in Air Arabia refusing to carry the passengers. Refer to www.airarabia.com to check all details about visa regulations and policies.
By buying this ticket, the passenger confirms herewith that he/she has agreed on all terms and conditions as issued and amended by the Carrier from time to time on its website. In case of any dispute related to any/all of the services as provided by the Carrier and/or any of its authorized representatives before, during and/or after the provision of the service, such dispute shall be exclusively and solely raised, filed, submitted, registered and/or presented in front of any of the legal courts operating in the Emirate of Sharjah in the United Arab Emirates.

Air Arabia will be liable only for damage occurring during carriage on flights or flight segments where G9 designator code appears in the carriage box. If Air Arabia issues a Ticket of, or if we Check Baggage for carriage on another carrier, it does so only as agent for the other carrier. Nevertheless, with respect to Checked Baggage, you may make a claim against the first or last carrier.

The flight I specifically booked to attend a meeting was cancelled and layover time increased from 1.5 hrs to 6. Of course, no compensation is offered except for "we regret for the inconvenience caused". The sad thing is that when a customer needs a modification or cancellation of flight he has to pay for every action he performs, but when the company acts against the personal interests of a customer when we just have to swallow it silently. No responsible persons, no proper customer service, no fair rules and regulations.

I went to the Air Arabia Office at Cochin to apply for a sharjah visa and book a ticket for my mother with all the documents as per the Air Arabia officials instruction. I had been to their office twice but was returned back for new documents. During my last visit to their office, i waited for half an hour and they attended my case and I was asked to wait for another one hour more.
The attitude of the lady supervisor was like as if i am a beggar waiting there for alms.
just because of their attitude i drop the plan of taking my mother to Sharjah and returned back home. I never expected such a illiterate behavior from the Air Arabia officials.
