I visited your you're Loris South Carolina location one of your employees was on the phone the other employee instead of taking care of me who is the customer chose to finish stocking up a drink box if this is the type of service that you guys allow your employees in your stores to give then I sure you felt customers will be going to Napa or O'Reilly's where were you walk in the door you're greeted and they don't mind helping a customer in waiting on them

    I stopped by the Advance auto parts store in Thornton, Colorado near 120th and Washington and only spent about 120 seconds in the store, because as I walked in with my young daughter, we were immediately bombarded with the employee's (could've been a manager) comments laden with "f-bombs" and "[censored]s." There was absolutely no respect of professionalism or awareness of the clientele in the store. We immediately left after we could still here the man droning on about some story that was wholly irrelevant to his job while he yelled from the back stockroom. Unbelievable. I've never experienced such utter lack of professionalism or attention regarding customer service. I can truly say I'll never go back to Advance. My money is just as good at O'Reilly or Napa.
