It will serve me as a student, and potentially the company-transtutor if they are upfront with customers. I know their so-called experts could have easily determined if they could solve this assignment, rather than acting like they could and even making matter worse by asking for an extension of the deadline. Electrical Engineering can get really complicated at times. Once an assignment was giving me sleepless nights but I managed to complete it courtesy Transtutors. I really liked the way the site functions and as far as its service was concerned, it was the best quality ever. When need be, I’ll get back to them again.

First of all...if you are new to the site (haven't registered) and see the "answer this question" button that promises to donate $5 into your account, Don't Do it. Yes, they ask for an email address but they won't pay you unless you are an approved tutor, thus you worked for free.
I contacted customer service to see how to handle this. I would've had a better conversation with a wall. 'she' told me:
"this is a PAID website, so you have to PAY us for us to help you." (word-for-word)
I politely reminded her that I wasn't looking for a question to be answered, but I was actually answering a question. she said,
"Please pay us first."
W...T...F... now i'm pissed...

low grade received
I had received a low score on an Accounting quiz taken by one of your so called "professionals." They credited $18 to that website but I don't know what I'm supposed to do with that because I am not coming back to this site again. I have been on transtutors.com for the past 3 days complaining on my profile with different representatives. I am tired of this and all I am asking for is to get my money back on my debit card NOT on your website. I'm sure you make a ton of money off of other students and I am one of those UNHAPPY clients, it should not be that difficult to give that small amount of $45 back to me. Unlike you I need that money back because I am not a millionaire. I'm sure it won't be difficult. Isn't there a saying the customer comes first? Online tutoring @ transtutors.com is what one should avail for. Not worried about deadlines anymore. The tutors are professional and approachable. For most of my tutorial sessions, I was assigned a tutor of my choice. He helped me finish my college paper and reviewed it as well. I have been considerably doing well in math. I will now spend the better part of my time telling the world to stay away from these to and this sham filled company. I have never in my time dealt with such asinine people, who thrive off of lying, cheating, and scamming people.
A little background into my rather pissed off mood. I contacted them to complete 7 of my homework assignments. All seven were virtually copy and pasted from Wikipedia, so simple a toddler could do it. (If I wanted Wikipedia work, I would have copy and pasted it myself)
What's more they are continually threatening to expose me to my University, if I keep demanding a refund. (Stay away, and find another site) This is my way of saying F$*K YOU! TransTutors!
There so called profile or panel of experts they supposedly have in their repertoire is also fake. I have the growing suspicion, that it is just those two people copy and pasting from Wikipedia.
They truly do live up to the Grand Title of Internet Scam of the Year! This is akin to Adolf Hitler or the Scam world. (If you don't know who that is, you can Wikipedia that as well)
Furthermore if you read the 5 star reviews you can quickly tell that English is not the first language of the reviews. (Hint.. Hint.. the scammers from India)

I told them to totally correct the assignment in 48 hours, they added 1 (one), I am not exaggerating, one sentence in 48 hours. Then I say this is not good, they promise to redo it in 12 hours. In 12 hours I get the assignment, guess what, without that extra sentence. I failed, of course. Now they don't want to refund the money.
I have very bad experience with transtutors. They are bad in providing the solutions and trust me, it is better off paying your classmates to do it for you. Their standard is so bad that even my grandmother can write better. It was my greatest mistake to seek help from them to write my dissertation of 10, 000 words, I even attached a sample and asked them the write an economics title and follow the previous year standard. In the standard dissertation, you need 1) An introduction, 2) Research topic and motivation for the topic, 3Literature review, 4)Methodology, 5) Data and finding, 6) Conclusion and recommendation
The expert screwed the whole dissertation part, Literature review not done and the DATA and finding used something not linked at all. The whole dissertation is like Garbage. Guess how they do your assignment or dissertation? They tried to copy from articles from all over, and they have the tunetin, hence they simply changed the words to avoid detection by tunetin, but it is really horrible. Let me give you an example for this Indian English; " Injured by the 1997–1998 crisis" Are you surprised or shocked? I think anyone can write better then the so call expert. When I urgued to transtutors that the word is not according to my standard, they gave excuses like time is too little, expert has amended again and again. What is the crap reasons, in the end, I submitted my whole dissertation without using a single words provided by them. My supervisor for the dissertation reviewed the Indian expert who did my dissertation, he was so disgusted that he insisted he didn't know what I am writing at all.

This is a student-helping website that helps them in doing their homework by paying cash online. But according to a post on reviewsofwebsites.com, one costumer was asked to add extra day and extra payment for their labor. And after a day they asked again this costumer another payment for overtime stuff. And it keeps on happening, the extension and extra payment. What a fraud, scam.
Scam alert. They don't response to you after sign up, I tried this service as part of my review. All my fear came true - the quality of the write up is very bad, you can't "cancel" the subscription, there's no cancel button in the entire page or in your account. They also don't respond to you, and you can't delete your account at all. I am reporting this to the authorities. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE to their service, a waste of time, effort, and downright scam.
You're absolutely right. I just fell for their scam few days ago and they didn't bother refund me even after not using their service. Since I'm a subscribed user, I tried then using premium for my assignments and they still asked me to pay for the service after illegally debiting me. I spam emailed them and they didn't even reply any of my emails. I even sent them a complaint directly on their website but nothing. don't loose money while wrecking your grade
It does not get any worse than this. First off, the site advertises American experts to tutor and help with academic assignments. The only thing American about this site is the address. What you really get are Indians (from India) who do the work, which comes back late and inadequate and incomplete. Then you play hell getting corrections. Each request takes them at least two days. Then, come the deadling, they write back to tell you they need more time. There goes part of the grade for being late. The goal for them is to stretch you out until your deadline passes and never to refund you any money if you are unsatisfied. Unfortunately for me, I signed up two assignments and paid nearly $500. On the first, it came back late and was so bad I could not turn it in or I would have failed. I had to completely redo it, it was over a week late as a result. The second, a research article, was also so bad I could not turn it in. Not even a single footnote in a LITERATURE REVIEW! In both cases the grammar was so poor it was obviously not written by anyone with English as a first language. This company sucks, and is a scam, and that is the bottom line. Don't loose money while wrecking your grade. Try another way...
