I had my worst experience with ACTE for Java course. I opted for 121 course for my son with a commitment to train engineerig student and guide him when he need help with assignments. The tutor was just following a standard template and couldnt clarify any doubts on engineering student queries or assignments. He was just a ppt trainer who can read and explain whats on the screen. Anyone can do that. Worst experience with any IT institure in last 20yrs of my IT experience.

I wont recommend anyone who needs better insight to join these over marketed courses.

Poor response once I started asking on agreed terms, no one picks calls and no responses.

I'm from France and chose online classes but 'm facing a very very bad experience with your ACTE training Center. You're absolutely basic like a tierce person finding an instructor that's all. I don't have any courses documents provided by the center unlike others or nothing to practice or learn from my side.

Most of problem is that I paid regarding the voucher ad, after payment this is absolutely not what was pretended. It was mentioned 4-5hrs/day and they're giving me only 2hrs and almost impossible to communicate seriously. with somebody. They just ignore anything when it comes to talk about the mistakes you did.

As per your refund conditions, I raised an email. No answer and the coordinator said you don't refund. My worst experience with a training center. F R A U D

The training center has a good notatin because not many people do complaints, they just adjust according the center.

Big time fraudsters, collect your money and will not respond. Great that they are able to get such made-up reviews.

They will not arrange a demo call but will arrange a phone call. And you will not also talk to the faculty but some fake person.

Please beware of this institute.

I am goin to file a Cyber complaint or direct case, I will visit them in Chennai and expose them.

I am Sarath Kumar and I enquired for TOSCA class , they informed to pay full amount before the class and I asked for demo which they denied. Trainer also is a freelancer guy who doesn't even speaks well. I was not comfortable and asking for refund.

If this issue is not resolved then I can take it proceed with a different way or what to do and proceed. Kindly suggest.

I wanted to enroll the course for Apigee , after seeing the review I thought of purchasing from ACTE . I received calls from Advisor(Kavitha) she has explained me the process ..in initial days before payment she was keep on calling me as an Advisor ... But today 3rd of April I did the payment 20000 around 2pm for the Apigee course and the class was about to start from Today 8'o clock ..after paying money I was keep on calling her she didn't picked my call nor even I have received any joining link for today session . I was waiting till 9'o clock but there is no response ,she was declining my calls.

I want my my money refund .

I paid 26k for nothing. It’s a scam company they made me pay all the money and no training was provided. Raj, Harini and the trainer Jyoshna everybody are scammers. They called me day and night asking for a payment and once I paid they disappeared no training was provided not answering our calls and no refund for our money. Totally no 1 fraud company of India.

Please don’t join this institute don’t waste your hard earned money on this place.

ACTE Velachery, Chennai is FRUD. BEWARE" I joined for Saviynt clasess. After finding out reviews ( which i later got to know its fake) paid the fees. I paid rupees 19000 Rs towards the course (Savyint) as agreed with the sales team on November 10th, 2022. They promised me over phone that they will arrange the trainer within a day or two. But after the payment they didn’t respond to my email or phone. I've been trying to reach out to them for 2 months now, but they're not answering. No response to any of my 20+ email chain.

I am one of the students from ACTE institutes. I was very much excited about the course of windchill and wanted to enroll in ACTE due to the online ratings.

First of all, let me say before course joining they would say anything sweet and nice words for joining purpose. Once you are joined then there will be no good. No proper guidance and no quality of trainer, they don't even taking the actions from students even though we did many times.

I have paid Rs. 20,000/- for a course and you know what I really lost that money for trusting them. they are so cheat and fraud guys. they will pick any calls from us. nothing is done till now.

I know value of the money and being from middle class, how people are misusing our interest and money.

I request to all, do not enroll any course here and it will have no future and good.

ACTE is totally a fraud company, they will ask you to pay the course fee in full once payment is done. They stop responding to your text and call.

I enrolled myself for the BCCPA course and no trainer was assigned. Tried calling them numerous times but no one cared to answer the call.

So please look at any other institute for your training if you don't want to end up like me.

Not sure if their positive reviews are even real or pasted by their own staff.

I have paid 18000 advance money for sap risk management courses, one lady her name was Kalai she said once you paid money within 24hrs our trainer will connect and will start training, on that believe I paid money but now it is almost 6month they never contacted me or even they are not receiving my call and not replying on my Mail

ACTE training Institute is one of the fake institution they are chiting the people to getting money from candidate their is not providing such courses about them.

And even they not paying for the trainer whos appointments as a trainer for candidate speciation.

I spoke to a sales team member by the name of Nitya. I signed up for the Oracle EPM class on May 14th and paid the fees. She promised me the classes will start on with her and paid the fee because she had me speak to the instructor and promised me the classes would start on the 16th or 17th. The classes have not started and now she will not answer my phone calls. I have contacted other individuals by the name of Karthik, Rajesh, Pranav etc and they have all been stating that they will schedule the class and let me know. It has been over 2 weeks and there have not scheduled the class or let me know when the class will start. Most of the time they will not pick up the phone when I call for the status and they have been making false statements to me for the last 2 weeks - all of them.

Rs 20000 fees paid on 29th Jan 2022 and the training start date was 2nd feb but training has not started yet. No professional response to messages and calls.

My name is Spandana. I am a resident of UAE(Dubai). I am basically from Andhra Pradesh, India. I wanted to get training on a Software Tool and hence searched for Institutes in Google. I Finalized ACTE, Chennai as the good Institute and consulted them. A guy called Richard answered my phone and encouraged me to pay the fees the same day. The Fee was Rs.22, 000/- . I paid them. Now I have been asking for the course for a month and have had no response from them. I even Emailed to refund my Money. No one responded to it. There is a posting in Monster by ACTE institute looking for Snowflake trainers and I applied for it and they reached out to me and assigned 4 students and I started training after i received below email from HR team.

Mr.Karthik, Yazhini who coordinated with me and agreed for amount and below mentioned conditions. It's more than a month that I completed snowflake training to 4 students and all of them are very happy with the training and I got 5 star feedback.

None of them are picking up my call nor responding to my email. hr@acte.in (no response) and finace@acte.in(got responses till they received my details like student feedback forms and my account details etc). They have asked me to followup on this week thursday and almost 100+ calls I did for all of them. Mr.Arasu, Richard, Yazhini, Karthik and institute land line as well.

They owe me 48K for my training and now no one responding. Please don't trust this institute whether to take training or give training. You will suffer like anything. I am not against ACTE and I don't at all about this institute. I came across monster site and this is how I am suffering now not getting my money.

Also I heard that they dont pay trainers as well. This is a big scam, and they loot crores of money from thousands of students, and enjoy those money by destroying careers of people.
Please dont join here either as student or staff as you will get cheated at end. Also people who see this message, try to help the affected ones.

I have completed my training on Aug 8 2021, and I still have not got my payment yet. I have been trying to reach out to several people on this issue, and they don't give me a proper response. I have also visited the branch in person but there is no progress on this area. I am highly dissatisfied with how this company is running and the process followed by them. I will definitely not recommend this institution to any of my students. This is highly unjustifiable.
I need a proper response and action immediately on this issue. Awaiting your reply on the same.

I worked as a part time trainer in ACTE education in Chennai (Tambaram and Velachery branch).
Last April 8, I completed two courses for ACTE students (Ms.Apoorva & Mr. Visawanth). As agreed, ACTE will pay 9000 per course.
Totally they have to pay 18000. They promised they will pay within seven working days. As of now they aren't paid.
I called many times and send many reminder emails. There is no response from them.
Herewith I enclosed the Course completed details, Student feedback and Course attendance details.
No response to my several emails and multiple calls to the ACTE team in Velachery and Tambaram. Every time they are postponing the payment date and slowing stop responding by never picking the call. I have called many peoples regarding the payment.

I have paid on 30th June and for almost chasing daily they took 40 mins introducing class by one trainer but they haven't taken any classes after It's looks fake institute. Please beware.

I have written mail to them attached screen shots for the same and tried reaching on phone. Today is 27th July I have paid 22000rs on 30th June still classes has not scheduled for 40 hrs. Nor my money is refunded.
