Aaron's / dryer broken haven't fixed in 5 days

05/28 is when my dyer went out called several times on the following dates 05/29-06/01. I understand they had internet issues but the fact that they sent an account manager named Tom out just to check and see if he can fix it but he had no more knowledge then i did then he personally told me he would get me a new loaner the next day which would be 06/01/2018. I then called Aaron's and they told me i am on the schedule for tomorrow so now i have over 20 loads of laundry to do... I honestly expect a price reduction or something for this ridiculous customer service experience. I don't understand how i am expected to pay for something that doesn't work and that Aaron's hasn't fixed in almost a week. Also i would like to add that when i called multiple times to try and get the issue fixed i get either JoAnn or Brittany and every time i call both of them are very short and interrupt me by asking my name 3 or 4 times before even listening to me one time one of the ladies hung up on me...
