Hi - I'm in London (UK). I bought 360Pro Share this morning and as soon as I used it I realised it was almost identical to LimeWire, so such downloading here in the UK is illegal. I'm going to see if I can stop the payment.

VERY POOR QUALITY AND BUSINEESS PRACTICES

I've used 360 sharepro now for about 4 years without any billing hassles or preformance problems whatsoever...HOWEVER...I've discovered you need an older version of Java or it won't work!
Remove all the Java updates EXCEPT 5.0 Update 10.
360 share pro only works with Java J2SE Runtime environment 5.0 Update 10
The only time it wouldn't work is when I would update my java to a newer version

I have 360 share. It worked fine for almost a year then would not load, i called them at [protected] between 9-5, the initial answering is in a foriegn language but I waited and a guy answered who was american/engish speaking. I explained problem, found out I removed the Java program from my computer. He immediatly e-mailed me the link. He said it can sometimes be caused by old Java software as well. It works fine know. I also paid for a lifetime membership that worked fine up until about a month ago! I tried to re-download it throug the "member" log in but it keeps saying my information is incorrect. I have requested my password again and again and keep getting the message that it is being sent out to my email address but I never get it!

First off, I had a hot date and hoped to take her back to my place..."you know, to have some milk and read the Bible".

I can't believe I tried to use this service but I didn't have time to clean up myself. I needed maid service so I thought I would try someone that I found online. Big mistake! Even their website is down now. It's now just a bunch of lewd advertisements.

I talked to them and they said they could come out the next day but it would cost me an extra $20 bucks. I guess I'm a sucker.

I left the door of my apartment unlocked so they could get in.

When I got back home, they had left a note on the door saying it was going to cost extra to clean my apartment. WTF! I already paid an extra $20 bucks for same day service. When I went in they had not even cleaned and you will NEVER believe what I found in the bathroom. You have got to look at the pictures. Prepare to be disgusted. Warning! Graphic! Not for youth.

I was really upset! I am on a tight budget anyway. I save most of my money my cigarettes (Benson & Hedges) and I like to eat out once in a while. That's about all the pleasure I get out of life. (well, except for an occasion date)

i have problem with 360 sharepro. i uninstalled now can't reinstall

i also have 360 but mine worked for several months and now i can search for songs and they save in my library but i can't get them to download, at first i thought it was something i had done to screw it up, so i googled 360 and there are sure a lot of complaints so at least i know now that it wasn't me

I to was a dumy. i was on a survey, took the trial offer and got scamed. there were no phone numbers on the offer but i thought there would be with the trial shippment.NOT, only a web sight. when i went to bring it up, all that would come up was a picture of the bottle of colonsmartcleasner, when i clicked on the bottle it would take me to another sight. i tried several times the same thing kept happening. So there i found a phone number so i called it. they kept saying they had nothing to do with colonsmartcleasner.needless to say i was very angry.then i thought well when it comes in i would just put on it return to sender and wait for a refund. well it never happend... my bank said they couldnt do anything for thirty days from the day i sent it back. so i waited filled the dispute and waited four days for the results.. well then i get the results from my bank... NOT HAPPY my bank sends me some copys off the internet from colonsmart stating there is only one way you can receive a refund.you have to follow four steps. one of thoughs steps are they do not except Return to sender packages as a way for refund. what they dont say is that package i sent back is theirs now and you get nothing for $88.98.now it said nothing about ANY policys when i ordered the free samples.and when i got the free samples it had nothing of any policys either. so im out the money and the FAKE product(COLONSMARTCLEASNER). OH DID I MENTION YHE PRODUCT DID NOTHING... i forgot to mention the paperwork my bank got off the internet was dated july 10th 2008 REVISED. this was 2 mth. after i sent mine back. when i got my (FREE) sample.i couldnt get on their web site to cancel nor did they have a phone number... COLONSMARTCLEASNER IS A RIPOFF...

I dont know but if you look at the home page of 360 share.you will see programs like.winmx, azureus, emule, imesh, limrwire, edonkey.
maybe that's why it's hard to connect, because it's all running at the same time and my cause problem with the connection. I remember i have download limeware and kazza i was having problem. now that i used one it work fine and i been using it for more than 3 years.

Who do we contact when someone online is ripping us off? How about W5? I can contact them and the better business bureau and let them handle it. Everyone else should do the same.

I have had 360 share basic for about a year, and it worked fine. Then about a month ago it started locking up after I started to download something, and I had to use my task manager to get it off my screen. Now it locks up everytime I try to use it. I tried to re-download the whole program, but now I can't even find it! I don't think it's even out there anymore.

I cannot believe I was swayed into buying this crap, thinking "oh good, a music download site which has found a way to legally share music files... perhaps they purchase licenses. Hmmm... Now I realise the true extent of my stupidity.

I have Limewire PRO installed on my system already, and when I went to open '360 PRO' limewire opened. Strange...

So 5 minutes later I opened 360 PRO to receive a notification "This is Limewire. Verson X. And it looks exactly the ###ing same! If you are going to fraud people then at least do it right you ###ing numbskull ### for brains!

###! And I need to wait to get a refund because 'the order isn't processed entirely yet' Some hope I'll have to have with this one.

I am scared they have my details, that's how bad it is.

i like many other have fallen for this scam, i paid and could not access anything it told me i was not recognized in the system. i couldnt get any help via online tech support as apparently my email was invalid. i searched and searched and found [protected] when i called i spoke to someone who was able to pull up my info no problem i told him what happened, he offered to give me tech support. i said no, i was not satisfied and there is a 7 day satisfaction guarantee i want my money back. he tried to talk me out of it but i persisted. i paid $34.88, he said he could refund all but $9.95 for admin fees. i told him that was unacceptable, but got nowhere with it. so at least i am getting the majority of my money back. DONT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!

always works 4 me and me and most or my friends have had it for a long time

i live in spain and i subscribe to 360, i have tried many times to burn music to a cd but no luck, it is a complete ripoff and iam very angry, they wont answer emails what can i do, they wont give me a refund, iam 82

i paid, it didnt work, i emailed them and got no response. finaly it worked, but i had to take my computer in to remove a virus and they eneded up deleting everything. i went to members area and re-downloaded it and now i have nothing. i have the icon, but nothing comes up. ive received no email responses in contact attempts for help!
