I should have checked the forums before I paid for a years membership to 360 SharePro. What a useless product. I was guided to it while trying to download a book. I can't download anything with content. I pulled a 7 Meg file and it was completely empty. I deleted it and searched for another completely different file. The software said I already had the new file and proceeded to name the recently deleted file. Download speed was no faster (a little slower than normal actually) I'll be seeing if they address the problem and take the mongrels to consumer affairs if they don't.

I've been using 360 Sharepro for about a year and all of the sudden it will not open anymore. No matter what I try. When I try to get "tech support" from their website they say they cant validate my e-mail, send me in circles, and there are no phone numbers to call. I paid for life subscription. Doesn't look like I'll be getting it.

I also paid for 360 share pro by credit card. It was supposed to be a one time fee for unlimited music downloads. It didn't connect most of the time and now it won't even pull up the page. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it and now I don't have it at all. I would like a refund.

I have purchased this program (LIFETIME) 3 times now... yes I`m an idiot. When I have it it works great however I don't know whoas lifetime they refer to when u buy it. Also it is supposed to cost under 25 bucks but when they charge my card its 67. I go for customer support and they say they don't know me.

People do not make my mistake!

I, like all the rest here, was downloading a different program and got this worked great in the beginning. I paid for lifetime and movies and had to problems, then all the sudden, cant contact anyone by phone or email. What the heck is going on? Lifetime of who is what i am wondering what a scam they have going and they are awful sneaky too. So now what do all of lifetimers do get screwed? What is up with no one being honest anymore? So wrong, so wrong, i am so pissed about this.

I paid for a Lifetime Membership and now I can't even access the site. If anyone knows of a place, number, or e-mail please give it to me. I would like to get my money back for their false advertising. PLEASE HELP.

I PAID FOR UNLIMITED USE THRU 360 SHAREPRO AND NOW IT WILL NOT DOWNLOAD AND WHEN I TRIED TO REDOWNLOAD IT THE WANT ME TO PAY AGAIN FOR LIMEWIRE WHICH IS THE SAME COMPANY. NOW IF I PAID ONCE FOR UNLIMITED DOWNLOADS IT SHOULD BE UNLIMITED. THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO MAKE PEOPLE PAY MORE THAN ONCE FOR THIS SERVICE.

I have just purchased 360 sharepro download product which was £0.99 a month for two years, it gave me the option to have 3 other facilities which involved protection spyware/download protection and said that if I required them I should check the box, I did not require them so I did not check the box. After I paid it highlighted that the total amount was £50 odd would be taken out of my account, which is not even close to 99p a month for two years. I immediately realized a mistake had been made so I contacted their customer service chat line to explain they had charged me to much and in one payment. Their chat line has treated me as a joke, not answering my questions and writing random lines of letters that do not make any sense. I asked for a number to contact somebody that I could speak to before my transaction goes through and they just ended the chat and ignored the rest of my messages therefore leaving me with no knowledge on whether or not I am getting a refund for a service I purchased minutes before. It clearly said on their site that there was a 7day refund policy but the little bit of sense I did get out of the chat line was that they still charge £7.50 admin fee, I advised that I purchased the service seconds before and that if they stopped it immediately the transaction would not go through. They would not do this even though they had over charged me and falsely advertised their product. Now I am left not knowing if I am going to get my money back for a product I do not have anyway and no number to contact anybody. This site is outrageous and should be shut down immediately.

My 360 share pro wont work either for about the last 2 weeks Ive had this problem cant contact any one or anything to get help and i paid for 2 year service only had it for about 8 months yall need to fix this problem or give my freakin money back A.S.A.P

First of all they said that it was gonna be $19.99 then when i entered my credit card number it actually took $60.00. It worked fine for a few weeks then now i can't even get it to work or even pop up. This is sad that these people can just work you out of your money.
