From the sales person to the door installer to the siding installers excellent work! The basement entryway was in need of a huge upgrade and Euro-Tech came to the rescue. Their skill and craftsmanship is unsurpassed. I would recommend them to anyone who would like an excellent job done on their property.

WE HAD ORIGINALLY HAD APPOINTMENT FOR FRIDAY HAD TO CHANGE FOR NEXT MONDAY. THE WORKERS DID A VERY GOOD JOB PUTTING IN FOR GLASS BLOCK WINDOWS. THEY DID A FAIR JOB AT CLEANING UP. WE FOUND SOME SCREWS IN DRIVEWAY. THE GLASS BLOCK LOOK GREAT AND WE DON'T HAVE TO TURN ON THE LIGHTS WHEN WE GO DOWN INTO THE BASEMENT.

They continually keep calling me & I've told them I'm holding off on the project til next year and they just keep calling anyways saying let us come out and give you an estimate it's good for a year. I don't care, I want to be left alone! I have about 10 voice mails from different calling agents asking me to call them back, how many times does a person have to tell them NO!

This company is awesome, they were there on time and they were very good and polite, they came straight in and started working, I asked them what time they would be finished between 4 and 5, and they were finished at the time they stated, the windows are a little expensive but when the rep got through explaining everything, I promise you will be happy with the results. We had a complete shingle tear down & shingle replacement. The roof work looks good so far, but it has not rained since the work was done. We were not satisfied with gutter flashing. We had to ask the men several times to complete the task. Clean up was excellent. Project completion was within expected parameters. Chimney was damaged during work & covered up with flashing.The supervisor came the next day & said that they don't do repairs. That's not good customer service."

Used to be a good company, NO LONGER! STAY AWAY. If your going to hire SubContractors, let the customer know. Workers were unprofessional, did not speak the language, not a problem, I also speak spanish, it was like the workers are scared of EuroTech. EuroTech did not speak spanish in order to communicate with the workers per the person I spoke with. Work was left unfinished, Supposedly EuroTech sent for an inspection. That's a Joke. To date EuroTech has not addressed the problem, they continue to bill me for unresolved issues.

On sept 22 of 2020 I placed an order for my household for New window installation. I was told my windows would be installed by early December, no big deal. Come December, we are told we should expect the windows by January. Come January we are told late January and now its February and not a peep from this company. I've reached out, left voicemails and have been ghosted wondering where my deposit even went? Horrible customer service and experience, I would not recommend doing business with this company unless you hope to be playing games of phone tag.

This company promised a maintenance free replacement window. We had half of our windows in our home replaced by this company 3 years ago. We have had one defective window and it took 6 months and about 20 phone calls to get it replaced. Now we have discolored caulk on every window they installed. They are white windows with now brown caulk on all of the exterior sills. It looks gross. The company said we only had 1 year labor so I could pay them again for labor and they would have someone come put white caulk over the top of the now brown stuff. I said I would not pay them again. We will use a better company for the rest of our windows. I do not recommend this company. They brag about their service but you get terrible and rude service when you call in with a problem. They are also one of the highest priced window companies but we thought we were paying extra for the best service after purchase. Glad we only did half with them.

I had the front door and accompanying side windows replaced. Everything about the install was terrific. They were on time, did an excellent job, and were great about explaining what they were doing. Really the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the office was not good about reaching out to give us any updates about our order. We ordered towards the end of September and we were told it would take about 6-8 weeks. No problem. In early December I decided to call to find out what was happening. No answer and no call back. I called the salesman's cell who was good about getting the office to call me the following day. They apologized for the delay and explained the factory was having issues because of Covid. Again, no problem. I simply explained it would be good to get an update when there are delays, even if just to say what the delay is from. Anyhow, the door is terrific and we're very happy with the results and I suspect if not for Covid there wouldn't have been any issues.

16 hours agoNEW The sales representatives engage in high pressure sales tactics to close the deal. The price offered during the time of sale is no good after the sales representative leave. Product pricing begins high and drops until the sale is made, making you feel like you are the winner.I contracted a new roof with the company, but I wasn't provided an installation date. After more than a month of waiting for the installation date, I phoned the company to find out what was going on. This became a frustrsting debacle. The office staff answering the phone couldn't answer my question, and no one else returned my calls. During my final phone call, I was told that my new roof installation was canceled by my sales representative *** M.I contacted my sales representative, and she told me that if I wanted to move forward with the roof installation, I needed to pay an additional $4,000.To this day, they have not installed a new roof, nor have they refunded my 10% deposit, and no one from this company has reached out to me.

I have all windows in my home from them. I have two problems that they refuse to resolve one with my garden window,the other the patio door. First I will start with the garden window. Leaks water. They did come out and look at it. First stated was installed correctly. They sent installer out he stated it was installed correctly. Explained why and I agreed. Said the the problem is with window. I had to call them back, had some one get back to me stated there was nothing then could do. It is do to the climate (winter) and it is condensation. We then asked why that wasn't explained or this could happen with this type of window. When purchased. Nevertheless we asked if window could be removed and replaced with what they recommended if there would be difference we would pay the difference. They refused. Second the patio door they installed gas has leaked out of window. Called and explained what was wrong. They agreed said had to be ordered. Well it's been a year and nothing. *** is horrible. I am now having window replaced by different company. Patio door still the same not fixed no response

I told these people early last fall that I may be ready for a new roof in the late spring. Since then they have been contacting me weeks afterwards (fall/winter) . I was nice the first few times after I explained that I would be ready in the spring. Then I got annoyed by them calling me in the winter and more. The last call I got in March, I was very firm that I wanted nothing to do with this company and to remove me from their list. I wasn't joking around, I wasn't suggesting to contact me later. I told you flat out to remove me. I don't want you people on my property, you are imcompetant spammers at this point. I got a call from you people yesterday." I left that review back in March, they have contacted me 7 more times, sometimes they would just call and hang up right away. I will be going to every review site I can think of and warn them of your spamming practices BTW I forgot to mention that my quote was for 18k but the salesman was trying to peer pressure me into singing a contract for 15k if I did it then... Well I got 3 other quotes all for 11.5k, 12k and 13k. I'll be letting more community pages know as well.

AS FAST AS *** CAN! I had windows installed 6 years ago with a punchlist of missing pieces. That was suppose to have been done the next day/week. They do answer the phone politely; an appointment will be made to come and evaluate the situation. The person listening to my concerns (3 years into this mess) does not pass any information on to whoever is responsible for ordering and replacing. And then no contact regarding the repair/replace appointment. Now, 6 years into this mess, I did get close to finally completing the project. *** came to the house, reviewed the situation (identifying some windows were installed incorrectly along with the origional issues). Left with a copy of the invoice and an approximate time items would arrive to their location. Now 5 months later no calls, no appointment. I called talked with ***. We scheduled a day and time. I guess appointments don't mean much, because here I sit wasting the day waiting. I did call; *** said I was not on the schedule (I made the appointment with him); he agreed to come today and would call on his way around noon. The day is almost over. I would stop payment, but I financed through an also questionable company - but that is for another time.They gave the project a lifetime warrenty - little did I realize it was my lifetime they were talking about.If I could give () stars I would."

On August 15, an order was placed to completely replace the existing roofing shingles, protect the deck roofing system, replace decking as needed, underlayment, new shingles, inspect/replace vents, pipe flashing, chimney flasdhinf, roof/wall flashing. This order was placed by an 88 yrs old who was charged 50% over the going price. And to add injury to the robbery, the shingle installation workmanship performed was substandard. Instead of nailing the shingles at the indicated line like they are supposed to, they were all nailed below the line, thus grabbing only 1 shingle in place to the deck. This was discovered last year after a rain storm in Chicago which blew many shingles off the roof only at this house, and caused a water leak from the 3rd floor down to the 1st floor damaging attic roof tiles inside the house and water flowed along the walls staining the walls in the basement. The poor workmanship was reported by the roofer who had to be hired to replaced the blown shingles; He also indicated that to save time they had used a nail gun instead of manually hammering the nails, and that with the nail gun you cannot be certain that you nailed both shingles, but as already indicated, they failed to captured both shingles by not even dropping the nail at the shingle line marker. Now the house has shingles patches of a different color because the original 3TAB shingle model color has been discontinued, and no spares were left behind by this vendor. If I could indicated zero star instead of one, that would be the adequate rating for this business. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COST

We ordered our windows back in 2005/ we've needed to have multiple Windows & screens replaced over the last couple of years. In April I called about 2 of our windows that needed to be replaced as to the argon gas that leaked out of them from the windows. They had gotten back to me in May about uploading the pictures of the windows so I did that & was told someone would come out & measure the windows to get them replaced. Talked with the service mgr. & they finally sent a service person here on 07/21 to replace our windows, however they were not the right windows and sent in a request to have the correct windows made so they could get installed. He told my husband that it would be another 4 weeks before we would get our new windows. It's now September 1 and we still have not received our new windows, my question to you obviously is when will we get our new windows installed? This has been going on since May over 3 and a half months now & it shouldn't be taking this long to get new windows. Not very happy at this time, so if you could please check into this matter for me I would greatly appreciate it. Through numerous calls and other email, they advised me to call the manufacture as they could not tell me when my windows would be done and ready to install. I did so & they advised me that 1 window was in-in Sept.. & the other 1 was in-in Nov. of 2020. When I called again asking when my windows would be installed as that they were in, they told me that the windows were the wrong ones so again I still don't have my new windows, It's now winter out & I have to put plastic on my windows because they won't close because the install who came bent the frames trying to just replace the glass that he thought needed to be replaced and not the whole window. Fast forward to Jan. 2021 when I called Euro Tech they only returned 1 of my calls & said that they have made numerous attempts to reach out to me (which I never received any messages on my answering machine) but putting that aside, they finally called and stated that on March 31st someone would finally be here to replace my windows. Well the installed showed up with 3 (not 2) windows that were way to small. They were not even the right size, the installer kept apologizing which wasn't even his fault and he took pictures of the damage that the first installer did when trying to replace the other wrong windows. The installer said that someone would be contacting us about getting the right windows, well as of writing this 05/12 which is well over a year from the first call about replacing my windows I still don't have new windows, & it's almost 2 months from when the second installer came to install the again *** WINDOWS & we still haven't heard from the company about our windows & when they would have someone come & measure them so we can get the right windows replaced. Had we known that the woodgrain window frames were just paper over vinyl frames and that we would have had this many problems with them we would have never brought our windows from them in the first place. I wouldn't recommend buying windows from Euro Tech / or Remodel America. When will we ever get our new windows? "

Windows wasn't put in correctly where air and moisture has gotten in between double plated windows where the some black stuff I don't know if it's mildew on each corner of the panel was not seal correctly this what's caused the problem I was told that I had to pay almost five dollars for there mistake and I don't that's right I can't see out my window I have called no response back and my windows has life time warranty I have sent Euro Tech Windows several pictures of the windows that this black stuff is in all my windows one of my windows won't lock I would recommend them to anyone I would truly appreciate if I could get this problem solved with your help

We have had a complete tear off, repair, roof replacement, and windows done by this company. We have contacted the service department several times, well over a years time, to at 1st tell them the roof was leaking into our home. A person came out and said that the installers forgot to seal part of the roof. At that time it was sealed. The problem is that the horrible leak has caused damage to our home inside and there is now mold from it! I have called and left several messages for a return call to figure out how they're going to handle this but get NO RESPONSE! We are getting terrible headaches from the mold and the air quality inn the home is being impacted tremendously! This needs to be resolved ASAP! There is also external imperfections that need to be repaired.
