Credit union with only a few branches that has poorly taken over the duties of LGFCU. I can now drive an hour or wait over an hour on hold to try and get this credit union to do anything. No card ever sent for my checking account and I have to wait over a week. There are additional issues with this hostile take over, but this should be enough to make you realize it's a poor choice.
Recommendation: friends don't let friends bank here

I recently got a car loan from Civic Federal Credit Union, and the process was surprisingly smooth. I felt supported every step of the way, and I'm now enjoying my new car without any financial stress!
They don't even deserve 1 star! Merger was a scam. No follow up to promise for a call back. Messed up wire transfer by giving wrong routing number. Tried to cancel card and after 5 calls, an hour on hold and being bounced around I just want to be done with them!

Home equity line of credit
On June 24th, I had 4500.00 taken from my HELOC account. I took off work drove to only location to start investigation. I have called numerous times with no luck. No one has called me back. My payment went up for money that was stolen from my account. Still waiting on some response or seeing my money back into my account. Civic Federal Credit has not reached out to me.
