This is ref the LGFCU merger. I lost my first debit card that was sent to me. I called on 5/30 to request a new one. I was told it could not be requested until 6/2. I called back and was told one was sent. Never came. I called again; I was told it would be rushed. Never came. I called again.
The lady said the card was sent on 5/4, I said I called since then and asked that she transfer me. The gentleman said let me check but he would transfer me to a specialist. On hold for over an hour! The guy I finally got had no idea what I was calling about and told me a card has never been issued, i was lied to by at least 4 customer service reps. I will be changing banks.
Desired outcome: I would like a phone call from upper management.
