On June 24th, I had 4500.00 taken from my HELOC account. I took off work drove to only location to start investigation. I have called numerous times with no luck. No one has called me back. My payment went up for money that was stolen from my account. Still waiting on some response or seeing my money back into my account. Civic Federal Credit has not reached out to me. May reach out to NC Attorney General' s Office

Claimed loss: 4500.00, time lost from work and time spent on hold.

Desired outcome: Please Refund .
