CivicFCU.org review: Civic takeover of my bank

civic took over my bank. it has been horrible. I can't get a card to get into my account. I have been fighting with them for a month trying to get this straight. no one can confirm if or when a card was sent. I will be pulling all of my money out and going to a different bank( any other bank is better than dealing with them). I have spent the last hour and a half either repeating the same info to 3 different people or on hold trying to straightening this out. and still waiting.
