We have a HELOC on some property and that HELOC was purchased by Apex. Horrible service, difficult to get hold of, customer service agents are either too stupid to understand a simple problem or else think that we are too stupid and think that eventually give up and go away. Every month there is a $15 extra charge on our account for something that happened 6 months ago and was resolved. It's not much but it won't go away no matter how many times we call or who we talk to. We have to pay it over and over and over... It makes me wonder how many if their customers are getting dinged with small amounts every month and Apex does it because their customers don't notice or give up trying to resolve.
Any lawyers looking for a class action?

Hi,
I am trying to reach the vice president or president of your loan department.
I have requested this inormation from Ginger Sharp without success. She has poor customer service skills and hung up on me while trying to obtain this information. She basically refused to give me the contact information and stated that the VP/President of loan operations would not be very nice to me if I contacted "him". She stated that "he" does not have time to speak to me nor would "he" want to speak to me.
This is definitely not the type of customer service that I'm use to and would hope this isn't the type of customer service that you enforce.
I would appreciate being able to speak with someone at Apex bank that will LISTEN to the customer, communicate with the customer and try to be helpful with any question the customer ask. Ginger Sharp is by far the rudest bank representative that I have ever dealt with in all my years of banking.
The way that she has handled our loan, sent notifications of our loan and had direct communication regarding our loan has been nothing but unprofessional. For a bank representative to HANG UP on a customer is the most immature, unprofessional behavior anyone could portray. It says a lot about Ginger Sharp and her personality and she is definitely not the person I wish to do business with.
I would appreciate if someone that does care about the customer could please give me a call back at their earliest convenience.

I have received nothing but harassment from Apex customer service (so called professionals). I had set up an agreement with a customer service agent as I was going to be late this month due to my bank account being hacked. The hacker emptied my account. I explained what happened and made arrangements to pay on the 30th. In my opinion that should have been the end of phone calls from Apex as the arrangement was noted on my account.
The next two days I received harassing phone calls wanting payment right then because I had let them know my bank had finished their investigation. I tried to explain that just because the money had been deposited back into my account, there was an issue of changing my back account due to this one being compromised. The 2 different CSR agents called yesterday and the day before were extremely rude. Although I had explained the fact I would have to open a new account before I could call with my payment. My explanation did not register at all. CSR's continually pushing me to make the payment immediately as he stated the did not understand, the money was in the account I should be able to confirm payment without opening a new account. Again completely not giving a second thought as to the fact the money had to be moved to a new account.
The first CSR that called pushing me to make the payment stated he did not understand the problem I just needed to agree to release the funds. I explained I was busy at the moment checking out at a local store. CSR continued to be forceful that I pay right then, so I hung up the phone.
The second CSR I spoke with the following day continued to badger me completely ignorant to the note on my account when payment was to be made. He then went on about how I had hung up on the CSR the previous day. Although I had made it clear I was checking out of the store and could not talk at the moment and he continually kept demanding the payment as I was now standing in front of the cashier, so I had to hang up. I once again tried to explain the delay in payment, and once again all I got from the CSR was rude customer service demanding demanding payment.
I did not choose to have my home loan with this company, my loan was taken over by them. I pleaded with previous Lender to keep me has a client, but he stated he had no control over this.
The only solution to end this type of harassment is to not take calls from Apex, I have been with them for quite a few years now and i have been late with that months payment probable 3 times, I can not believe the attitude and hatefulness when I have only been late a few times but payment was made in that month not the following month. Has anyone else been treated this way through Apex Costumer Service. I personally don't generally leave complaints in writing but this time I have had enough. One of the worst remarks they have sent me and told me via phone call is that I have no equity in my home that I bought in 2005. Never took out a second mortgage, nor have I applied for a home equity loan.
I spoke with my personal banks home loan manager and a realtor. They both stated this had to be incorrect information.
I welcome any response to my complaint rather you agree or disagree, I am someone who will listen to both happy and unhappy customers as I was a CSR before becoming disabled in 2016.

I was told that I had a fund of 7, 000.00 dollars in the bank in Cotonou, Benin Republic and all I had to do was send 100.00 dollars to release the fund to me. I sent the money in c/o Western Union to an Andrew Obunso of Apex Bank and was told that the 7, 000.00 dollars was sent to me by a Haresh Morgan with the MTCN [protected] and nothing was sent. I lost my 100.00 dollars and want to know if this is a Nigerian advance fee fraud scheme. Thank you, David O'Malley
