Civic recently took over our local bank. It has been a disaster! I'm a customer who was currently with our previous bank for 20+ year's. As a customer who made regularly mobile deposits, CIVIC has made this an absolute pain! Placing multiple holds in different amounts and not consistent week after week. Have to call customer service every single week and stay on the line for over an hour. Being told to send a message, with no contact back and repeatedly stating their policy has changed! The closest branch is 45 minutes away. Absolutely bad banking all the way around and especially for customers that were merged! Stay away if you do not have a local branch!
