Im buying a gpu and it said delivered but I dont receive the item

We did called the Malaysia Penang phone number to pick up our document but always nobody pick-up phone.

The citylink office said today will pick-up document from our office.
At the end, after 48 hours only attend to our office and pick-up document without inform us.

No picture evidence to show.

I had sent out my parcel (Consignment note number - [protected]) on 24/8/2021 but until now 3/9/2021 my parcel still not reach receiver. Had checked on the tracking the parcel stuck at Citylink Shah Alam since 25/8/2021. Called customer service more than 10 times but nobody pick up call. At last reached the customer service but they said person in charge is work from home asked me wait for their call. Omg what a service of such courier service.

My document has passed to you Delivery boy since 19/8/21 and 24/8/21 our receptionist Ms. Suga have talked to you person in charge Mr. Badrul/Mr. Nathan and they have promised will send my document on 24 /8/21.
But until today 25/8/21 morning, we have called you customer service Mr. Dhushan my document is still pending in Taman Industri Suangkang Utama.
I have found out from your parcel tracking, from 21/8/21 my document in Taman Industri Suangkan Utama have send to Bandar Sri Damansara & on 22/8 & 23/8 you hold my document for 2days in Bandar Sri Damansara and on 24/8/2021 you sent my document to Taman Industri Suangkan Utaman again. I have informed you a person in charge said my document is very urgent and they have promised me will send it out on 24/8/2021, but until today still cannot send it out.

On 25/8/21 I have talked to your customer service Mr. Dhushan and he also promised said will ask the person in charge to call me back in the morning, but still, nobody calls me back.
I asked my Receiptioninst to call again and I communicate with En. Azim and his has promised again said my document will send it out before 12pm and will update my parcel tracking immediately.

I talk them if they cannot send my document out on the same day, please return back to me, I will send it by myself.

My document just sends to Bandar Sunway, I don't know why so difficult and take one week still cannot send it out.

Do you think your customer document is toys, for you send here and there and kept our document for one week still cannot send out.

If you City-Link cannot provide faster service, please inform your customer don't hold your customer document for one week.

You always will give people excuse and everything is not your mistake, because of the Covid-19 you cannot provide the faster service and until one week still cannot send out the document.

I feel very disappointed with your City-Link and promise the customer will send it out never do it and always hold the customer document.

Your service is very very poor than the normal mail.

I make a shipment (1st) from Kajang, Selangor to Sungai Petani, Kedah on JUNE 28TH, 2021. I had follow-up on their tracking system from the day onward, unfortunately after 18 days the system still showing that "Transit". I make a call the customer service centre on JULY 5TH, 2021, the feed back was due to Corvid case, the warehouse in Sungai Petani was temporary close and will reopen on the next day, mean they will deliver on July 6th 2021.
(Meanwhile I had also make another shipment (2nd) on July 5th 2021 to Sungai Petani for different location, and it was delivered on July 8 2021.)

Due to the 2nd shipment had delivered but the 1st shipment sill in "Transit", I had make the complain on JULY 9TH 2021, the answer is those earlier affected shipment was delay and hold in KL warehouse, it will ship soon.

Due to no change in the tracking system status, I make another complain on JULY 12TH 2021, unfortunately still the same answer, and my parcel still sitting there as "TRANSIT" !

After 4 days in Kulim Station, my parcel still not move.. I waiting for long time.. When you can send my parcel? [protected] this is tracking number of my parcel

Please take an action, don't take too long to sent out the parcel ! people are waiting ! if your company still do this all the customers will go to jnt & postore which is much much better then yours !

Consignor doesn't follow the accurate address which stated clearly from the shopee address given. Instead, he wants customer to collect itself from the address where consignor goes to wrong address. Very disappointed with CITYLINK SERVICE

Hi, i would like to file a complain regarding undelivered parcel although has arrived the station 3 days ago.
Here's my tracking number for citylink: [protected]
The item has arrived at Kota Tinggi Station 3 days ago (20th Feb 2021, around 11.00am)
My address is at Pengerang, Johor - just 1hr drive from Kota Tinggi.
Also, i read bad reviews on Google about Citylink; and it added on my worriness.

Sadly, i need the item urgently by tomorrow 24th Feb 2021; as i expected it would be delivered latest by today.

I truly seek Citylink to improvise their delivery schedule; as many of us need our items soonest possible.

Please, please check on my items and deliver it by tomorrow. I really need it urgently

But my mom still not receive any since until today 17/2/2020
I checked by tracking number that the parcel already delivered to SMK Pelindung Jalan Kuantan - Kemaman( school)
Which is very differ with the address that suppose to be.
I called on 17/02/20 around 5.45pm - 6.15 pm to customer service and the agent keep telling me that I'm the one who wrote the address SMK Pelindung or told me that the agent Parcel Hub was changed the address,
I called Parcel Hub Setia Indah, Setia Alam and told them about, they check CCTV, their staff not do any changes for the address .
Hence I attached the consignment note to proved that I'm not wrote the wrong address as per told .
Your agent of customer service is not helpful at all and very rude and not responsible and blame Parcel Hub for the insiden.
Pls find back my parcel from SMK Pelindung and send to the correct address ASAP.
And hopefully you need to train your customer service agent more because as per conversation with the agent, he don't have a skill for the problem solving and when want to end the call faster.
I demand and insist to get the POD copy that said the address was SMK Pelindung instead of delivery address that I wrote .
Pls revert back to me ASAP via [protected] - Shahida Zainuddin.
I need the same agent to explain to me what is going on with my parcel . Don't simple judge and make an easy conclusion.

My tracking number 060301853665071 is till not receive by customer at segamat. My customer complaint because this shipment is urgent and already 1 month still not receive. Citylink pickup my parcel on 30/10/2020 but now is already 09/12/2020. Where is this shipment right now? Until today package stoll no show. Already follow but still no update. Please check this shipmetn and forward as soon as possible.

The consignment are collected from shipper place on 27 nov 2020, until 02 dec 2020 the consignee was call me (shipper) haven't receive the document yet by tension. So I help them try to contact citylink customer service centre the person in charge ms ain to handle my status and she direct to and answer me the consignment are not send to the consignee location address. What~!?
I hereby to highly remind please take action and clearly about this problem because the consignment is the important documents.

Why you give my parcel with someone.. Who collected is name rahman. That is not the receiver wrong person.. Where's my parcel now.. You guys who responsible by that.. Pls follow up

My tracking number is [protected] package arrived on friday 23.10.2020 and today is end of 27.10.2020 I called in the afternoon to check what happened to my package the staff promised to check and called me but no one call me. She could not check the package because her system is down.

I think your system is down since friday 23.10.2020 for 5days you could not deliver a package [protected] I am flabbergasted that you runs a courier service and unable to deliver a package [protected] was sitting in your office since 23.10.2020. Do you have an explanation why would you want a package to sits in your office for 5 days.

The package should be send out not kept in your office. May be you not interested to send out the package in question?

Situation:
The sender rang my bell and within 2 mins I came out from my house, I was standing right beside the the gate, in fact just beside him with a gate in between. I said "hi" to him twice and he didn't hear me (probably because of wearing helmet). He didn't see me and called me on my phone and I said "excuse me?" and he still didn't hear me. When he saw me, he scolded me asking me why didn't I pick up my phone (in a stern tone) and glared at me. I was in rush to get out of my house to receive the parcel. Then he glared at me again and asked me to fill in my details with a disrespectful tone of voice. When he passed me the parcel, he shoved it through my gate.

Why do I complain?
1) Sender seemed very impatient/in a rush that he rang my bell continuously for approximately 20 times within seconds (if he is in a rush, I can understand, hence I can be see past this problem)

2) Got scolded and yelled by the sender when I'm getting out from my house (which is just within 2 minutes)

3) City Link got my name wrong (different compared to the name stated at the parcel)

4) Shove my parcel through my gate while he was throwing a tantrum (this shows the negligence in handling the parcel)

5) Kudos to the speed of delivery, however overall experience is ruined upon receiving the parcel due to the attitude of sender which caused me distress.

What do I expect to see in the future?
Better attitude of sender which I believed that City Link will do a better job in recruiting senders.

I dont received my parcell. The delivary toooo late take soooo many times and make me so angry. Bad service from 19/8 until 27/8 dont get pacell.In tracking already delivery but I dont get my parcel. I dont request late delivary.
