City link penang service is really poor and bad.i been send a document on 28July2022 from Georgetown to Bayan Lepas area but till 31July2022 receiver still not receive yet.If company short of man power this is your company problem ,you should find a solution ,why keep on gave same excuse to customer.

This is not my first time experince it.

Ref to consignmt note : [protected] , I have sent on 08/JULY/22 (FRIDAY ) but they failed to delivery as your del takes at least 1-2 working day. The parcel should be sent latest by Saturday but they didnt.

I have called your customer service [protected],an indian lady (sound inpatient ) said she will need to check with PG Branch.

till todate 18July2022, still no update on the parcel. i also write to citylink customer service -> also no response on this .

Not sure how this company operate.

I left my AirPods at hotel in Kuala Lumpur and had it sent back to my home in bangkok.

Got hotel to send to me with full description it was mine, left in room and full documentation it was not a new purchase item being sent to BKk.

City link paid the import duty 1000 bht without telling me and demand I pay back. Called 20 times no answer. 10 emails no answer

Company deserves investigation into its SOP

Our company (Step One Pest Control Sdn Bhd) had requested for plastic bag for almost everytime if we called Citylink Tawau, Sabah for submit document. They said plastic for document sizing was out of stock just have a large one and we don't mind. Had called the office to remind their runner but when they came to pick up, they don't even once bring the plastic bag. So disappointed.

parcel pick up from my shop on 01/04/2022, but after 11 days (11/04/2022) the parcel still not reach the receiver.

on 06/04/2022, ive try to call cityllink customer service to lodge a report about it.

the customer service promise to call me back and update the status.

when i check back the tracking delivery, on 02/04/2022 and 09/04/2022 the status delivery said that receiver location closed. But, when i call miss vijaya she said she is not going anywhere this week just to wait the parcel to arrived.

It is not acceptable receiver location closed because she is at home all the time. one more thing, she is never received any phone call from any person from citylink to inform her if they are infront of her house.

I have called your customer service [protected] on 09/04/20 9.20am, a guy said they will delivery on that day. But the receiver called me at 1.00pm saying that he has not received the parcel yet. I saw the movement tracking shown : "Receiver location closed" BUT no the shop is not closed at all.

Then I called again at 1.30pm, a girl called Amira said that she will checked and called me back. Unfortunatey again, she didn't called me. I called again to your cust service, the same guy picked saying that they are half day working, the del will be on Mon. I very disappointed with your poor & slow delivery service with unreasonable shortage of staff. This is your business, u should handle the ur managment, If ur co cant handle it, pls tell cust that you cannot received the order. I sent via courier because I expected thw goods arrived ontime.

I sent 3 parcels via Citilink on the 21st of March.

1st to Thailand

2nd to India / Citilink track [protected]

3rd to Iceland / Citilink track [protected]

In each parcel is a book that was written by my dad and sent as a gift to his friends.

Thailand received, India unknown, Iceland it says COD not received.

What I am surprised is that Citilink have no clue where the books are and keep asking me to deal with their Agent in those countries, when I had taken out a contract with Citilink to deliver these books.

It is local Shipment ship to local area. unfortunately my client report yet received. I have email to city-link they replied will check but after more than 10days no respond from city-link even those i have follow up email with city-link everyday.

How? Who can HELP?

I have been scammed out of money by Michael John who is a delivery person for City Link Express and has used money sent to him on himself which has caused me to be charged delivery fees 3 times for the same thing.

I have talked to Wan Wei from City Link Express who is still insisting that I pay this fee for the 4th time even though he has proof that I was scammed out of money by the delivery representative working for City Link Express.

I am reporting City Link Express for misconduct and fraud and will be informing the public so that are aware how City Link Express does not take responsibility for a wrong done to a customer by their delivery representatives.

i want to make a complain as the parcel is broken. This is parcel number [protected] and courier to Penang . Parcel contain wine. Please don't throw a parcel as the sender already put fragile sticker. This happen two times actually. Please be responsible and handle with care for your customers.

8th of October 2021 (Friday)
This delivery man delivered my parcel to my old home, but we had moved out a month ago and probably set to the old home location when we were ordering. We sent them a new location, and asked if we could have him deliver the parcel to the new location on phone. They said okay, and could deliver it to us by tomorrow.

9th of October 2021 (Today)
In the morning, they called and said they are going have another lorry driver to deliver it to the new location by today.

It is night, and we still have not gotten our parcel. We called them to ask that the parcel have not come, in a calm way. We did not had any intention to have the parcel sent to us right now. They then disrespectfully shouted: 'WE ARE GONNA SENT IT BY MONDAY!' It was just so disrespectful towards customer.

Solution: a explanation from the company & the delivery man apologizing to us.

I want to complaint on the delivery guy that i did not received my parcel and the delivery proof also like [censored] other currier send their delivery proof by snapping the parcel on where they put it but yours just snap the receiving paper .. how can i know whether the guy is placing my parcel on the correct place as he was told ... I already check all the mailbox in my flat u know in case.. i am so disappointed with the way your company handle the parcel... This is not the first time i ask the currier guy to put my parcel in my mailbox they all snap pic of the parcel and send it to me to say they already put in the right place ..Please take a look at this problem and ask your staf to snap where they put the parcel so that both the currier n cstmr know..

I didn't get my Parcel yet. The parcel has arrived at city link Bayan Lepas on 24th Sept and is stuck until now on 4th October. I have called so many times city link Bayan Lepas but no one pick-up my call.
I called Citylink hotline HQ to ask the whereabouts of my parcel, and they still inquiry and simply said they don't get any feedback from the Bayan Lepas branch. This is totally unacceptable. I was a receiver having trouble getting proper answers from your staff. Please help to feedback on my issues.

Hi. I haven't receive 2 item from K Lumpur to Kuching.
-1st item is send on 7 Sept 2021 but still in K Lumpur Hub.
-2nd item is send on 9 Sept 2021 but in Kuching on 15 Sept 2021 and can't be found till today 18 Sept 2021.

What if the item is broken coz its too long been stranded?
Why the service suddenly so bad?

Perkhidmatan khidmat pelanggan yang amat teruk dan lemah daripada Citylink Express Kolombong, Sabah. Sila letakkan pekerja yang boleh bercakap dengan sopan dan berhemah dan bukan yang semborono dan biadap untuk menjawab soalan pemanggil.

Tolong jangan beri alasan 'system down' tanpa ada penyelesaian yang baik. Lagi satu sila latih pekerja anda bukan hanya di bahagian operator talian untuk menjawab panggilan tetapi juga di setiap bahagian agar sentiasa bersopan dan berhemah dalam menjawab panggilan.

Apa yang mengecewakan mereka seperti tidak mahu bertanggungjawab dan bersikap sambil lewa dalam menjawab panggilan.

Sangat mengecewakan.

p/s: Kepada yang menjawab panggilan dengan kasar (account department) Citylink Express Kolombong, Sabah, sila berhenti kerja dan beri peluang kepada orang lain jika anda tidak berminat untuk bekerja apatah lagi di bahagian perkhidmatan pelanggan.

Only city link got the problem.

I call the bodoh customer service from bandar sri damansara, giving me all the [censored] reason, I send my parcel at 10th sept 2021, now 14th sept also haven reach, my tracking code is [protected]!

[protected] This parcel has been pickup by Citylink on 25 August 2021. But we are still unable to trace this tracking number in Citylink tracking website.

We already make the payment on 3th September 2021 but our account is still not active. We are still unable to trace where is the parcel.

Hi, I am shopee seller. I use citylink courier. I send out 1 parcel [protected]) on 1sept from kuala Lumpur to Bayan lepas, Penang. Parcel has arrived at city link Bayan Lepas on 2sept and stuck untill now *13sept. I have called so many time city link Bayan Lepas but no one pick-up my call. So today i called citylink hotline [protected] (Citylink GLENMARIE HQ) to ask whereabouts my parcel. While im calling them i search for the tracking number, it didn't take even 15-30second to give then the tracking number. Guess what? One of your Customer Service staff told me in arrogant attitude "sorry cik kita tak boleh hold lama" then put me on hold and past me to other customers service officer. I didn't even get to give him my tracking number? What kind of cs is this? With staff attitude like this, not even want to solve my problem. After get to second CS officer, they hang up my call! This is the most bad experience with this courier. Im so sorry, but this is the last time im using your service. Worst delivery service, worst customer service. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
