double charge causing overdraft and taking my money
On 8/30/19 I stopped by circle K in little falls NY about 4-430pm I bought one pack of cigarettes and checked my balance all was fine I woke up checking my balance again to find out that circle k charged me again for same amount as my pack of cigarettes but it was the only time I was in the store one time but charged twice causing me an overdraft on my account and to top it off taking the rest of my money intended for gas and now had to miss a day of working costing me 150 loss plus 35 for overdraft never again will I step foot in a circle K

Today For Example, I've Been To The Store On 8th and Wood Dr . In Okmulgee Ok. Four Times Now. Evey Single Time I Arrived Kristie Was Outside Smoking, Or Talking To Someone. Entering The Store, It Was A Mess And One Cashier Per Normal. I Go To That Store A lot, On A Daily Basis, Multiple Times In A Single Day. Anytime She's Working. She's Outside. I work at this circle k on dobson and southern. Do not wish to say my name. There is a coworker named chelo rios who is giving away stuff to alot of the guys that come up to her register. Good day. Last week I arrived at circle k and waited around 6 minutes.in front of us were two girls and a young man flirting having three other customers, I and the cashier to wait. Cashier said nothing. Thats cool. Whatever. We stood in line and took our turns. I was next and ordered my cigarettes as usual as cashier was ringing it up I put my lottery slip on the counter for I was getting money out. Well this rude kid started loudly telling me how rude I was for not handing him slip. Reprimanding me as a child. Mind you I have 5 grandsons older than him probably. Well the 5 people behind me chuckled as I not being able to defend myself due to illness. My blood boiled. I wanted to scream. My grandson would be slapped for being so rude. Nothing was said to the three kids who were black and held up the line but the old white lady gets reprimanded? I see no need to act this way to customers. I ran my business for 15 yrs and never would have talked or belittled any of my customers even if they were wrong. Ive called several times left messages. No call back. Tried to explain on message. No call. Is this how you handle your customers? The store in which it happened was # 5143. Park lane rd columbia sc. Ill be waiting for a response. I spend enuf for 2 packs of Marlboro and bottle of coke every two days. Alot of money until these employees get trained in respect ill just continue down the road to murphys. The old lady working in Circle K Robinson Road never agrees to give back change or accept small change to recharge Octopus Card. She has a very rude behaviour for all purchases. Last time I gave her small change of 100$ for Octopus recharge and she refused to accept the money because its too much trouble to count, and then also yelled at me. I believe she is not fulfilling her duties properly and I avoid going to the store because she creates trouble everytime.

I was at this circle k at 7:50 this morning. I brought a Snapple. The price was marked 1.39 under the Snapple the sign said kiwi strawberry Snapple 1.39. When I got to the register it rand 1.59. I informed the clerk of the price difference. I even took a picture of it to show. She was very rude and would not adjust the price. I come here everyday but I will no longer patronize this store due the rude clerk.

It was about 3:45. The store was busy. The .Ailes cashier was being as rude and out of line as usual. He was using foul language as he talked to the customers. He is usually loud and boisturous. I purposely went to the female cashiers line to avoid him. He began talking about a show about sex he watched. He told him I did not want to hear it. The cashier's rudeness and disrespect for professionalism is very uncomfortable to me. I almost did not come in to get a drink. I hope this get resolved, so I can feel like coming back.

I have been going to this store since it was built I was buying things from the deli since it became a Circle K store you can't find what they usually have either they are out of it or don't sell it because they only sell 5 or 6 of them also I have noticed they start the lunch menu around 8:30 am this is kinda nuts since most people want breakfast. I have spent 25 to 30 dollars every Saturday until they started this and when you try to ask the person in the deli they get smart with you as well as the manager. Between my wife and I we spend around 400 to 500 dollars a month here between fuel and snacks. To me this store has gone down hill ever since it became a Circle K.
