today 9/21/19 at 1:40 pm I tried to get into the store on Lake Bradford, I couldn't. the lot was blocked off by idiots going to the fsu game. so I went to the store on Jackson bluff, that store was renting out parking spots. even the handicap spots, so I couldn't park there even though I had my placard showing in my window. so I parked on the sidewalk going into the store. Makenzie bickford the assistant manager of your company told me to get the [censored] out of that store. She said that she would call the police if I did not leave. This was due to me asking for one of the employees names on Instagram. Makenzie has now spread rumor and false narrative about me and I'm now considering filing suit for libel and character defamation. I have a fleet of 5 vehicles that rely on your gas station because it is closest to my location and roughly spend around 1000 a month. I will be happy to take business elsewhere if she is not relocated. I do not appreciate being called out in front of other customers and if she has an issue then that's on her.

Hello, I hope this reaches someone that will take the time to address this issue. Today I was passing through the area and stopped into one of the stores on castle hayne road (by Oakley road). As I entered the store I was not greeted, or acknowledged. There was a lady wearing a red shirt, brown hair and glasses standing by the coffee area. She seen me walk in looked up and continued to do whatever it was she was doing. I walked around the store still not acknowledged. As j work customer service as well, this was very unprofessional. I chose not to buy anything and instead just left, I was never told thanks for coming. Have a nice day or anything. I was unable to see her name tag. I hope the other employees that work that store have better manners than her. Thank you for your time

I don't think anything said was negative as an assistant at circle k, it is protocol to greet every customer that comes in the store, and thank them as they leave. Everyone has their opinions. Sorry you went through that.
