I went to curcle k as usual and bought 2 packs marl black andred 100s their screen where you enter your phone number didnt work so he said im sorry our screen doesnt work so j cant gi ve discount by law what the orice shows is what you ahould pay not my fault your equipment doesnt work

Thursday, Apr 15th, approx 5:30am, I fueled my vehicle at the Regent and Prospect St. location.

The clerk authorized the pump and I pumped my gasoline. I went into the store to pay for the gasoline and the clerk requested that I put on a mask.
I have a disability that prevents me from wearing a covering over my face, specifically Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

I informed the clerk that I have a medical exemption from mask use and I showed a bracelet that I have with the information on it. It is not a "Medic Alert" bracelet. That is a brand name identifying a particular paid service, but it is similar, and serves the same purpose.

Under Human Rights legislation, when a person identifies as disabled, you are NOT to question it or to even ask for proof. I offer anyway.

Your clerk would NOT accept this identification, and claimed I should have a Government Issued ID Card specifying my disability.

That is complete nonsense, as the Government does not MAKE such an identification card. Since it is illegal to ASK for identification of same, a Government Card would not make any sense.

I informed him that there IS no such identification system in place. He insisted that his manager had told him this, and REFUSED to accept payment for the gasoline.

After an argument lasting 5 minutes, in front of another customer that entered the store, I activated my video camera on my phone, told him I was giving him one last clear opportunity to accept the payment, and that if he did NOT, I would leave anyway.

He refused my payment a THIRD time and I left the store, while he yelled after me that I would be charged with Fuel Theft.

I waited until business hours and called Irving Head Office.
No one has bothered to return my call.

This written complaint is my last attempt at resolving this matter with Irving directly. I am only here because the Human Rights Tribunal site says "Give the Company an opportunity to correct the issue."...

So here I am, giving the Company a chance to correct this issue. So far, the sickness induced by the stress of this incident has cost me 1 day of work.

If the issue is not resolved by Monday, I WILL proceed to file with the Human Right Tribunal. Disabled people, most especially the invisibly disabled deal with far enough trouble in our every days lives, the last thing we need is someone harassing and belittling us.

The threat of Law Enforcement Action is an enormous trigger for me, and until this is resolved, I cannot relax or get myself under proper control to leave my house. It has caused a very real medical crisis for me.

The Human Rights Tribunal opens Monday Morning, approximately 67 hours for now. The clock is running.

Why is State issue conceal weapons permit not accepted as a legal form of id to purchase beer. I can vote with it. I can buy a car with it. I can buy a weapon with it. I can show it as id to have borrow thousands upon thousands of dollars from a bank. I can use it to claim a 600 million dollar lottery jackpot. I can adopt a kid, a f-ing human being but not beer at a f-ing CIRCLE K.

I filled up my tank with 18.046 gallons of unleaded gasoline. My car died a mile down the road! I have called and called with no return! I have spent $351 getting my car towed/fixed plus the $53.58 in gasoline wasted. Auto service said it was almost pure water! NEVER GETTING GAS AT BP or Circle K again! Especially if this is how you deal with your errors.

Good afternoon, today I wanted to buy a couple of packages of Miller beer (High Life) the price said $ 8.99 each and the cashier wanted to charge me $ 9.99 a dollar more expensive per package and I told him to check the price and he said that he could not do nothing and in a rude tone he told me to go to another store, you have to respect the prices on the items. and have cashiers with education. Thanks

MY NAME IS Brian Briese and one of your stores is Gouging customers, through refusal to fix discount code on Marlboro cigarettes...
Waco Texas store @ 19th and Lake Shore Drive ... cigarette discount key does not work, but works fine at all other locations... so the Patrons at this location including myself are being ripped off 2.00 per 2 pack purchase...

Currently you owe me 120.00 for overcharges this month alone...

01/10/2021 my daughter used a carwash and the carwash malfunction and it damage my car. Manager at the store call me and told me not to worry the claims department will be contacting me with then 2 or 3 day and that they will take care of damages.. That's why I did not file a police report.. It took me about 3 week to get of hold of claims department. I was told by a. Crystal hennings.. That they were doing on investigation and she will let me know. It's been 2 months and phone call after phone call. Email after email and so far no luck. For future carwash costumers do not use. Circle k. Owned carwash if you don't want headache
