Good afternoon, on approximately Mar 27, 2021 at approximately 12:30pm, a small frame light skin black girl was apparently leaving/ended her shift & a heavy set black girl apparently was working, which is the one I had the dissatisfied cashier (only one working at the time). I normally go there every other day to purchase scratch its, which I normally win most of the time & normally tip the cashier who cashes my ticket. Will while giving the tickets to the cashier in question, she said I hit her hand with the ticket, with that said, I immediately apologized, but she still complained. The icing on the cake was I wanted to get more normally do, but instead she rush me out of the store without letting me purchase my items. I know what good customer service is, I work for the government for forty years.
