I was in your store #22011 Address 1202-17 Ave. S.W. at 11 am on Monday March 29th. I asked for a $50 Freedom mobile card. He sold me a $50 Fido card. When I told him he had made a mistake he said three things to me
a) it was my mistake, not his. (I have worked in customer service for 28 years and have always been taught "The Customer is always right")
b) it was his word against mine
c) he asked me three times if it was a Fido card and I said "Yes" all three times (which is blatantly not true).
I have been a customer of yours all my life, buying lottery tickets and slurpees at least twice a week. Never has one of your employees been that rude to me or made me that angry.
I am simply asking to either have my $50 refunded or to be given the $50 Freedom mobile card that I paid for and never received.
