Circle K

The manager of the lafayette, Colorado 80026 store slapped me in the face this morning when I tried to purchase cigarettes not sure if he was working that day because I don't think he was in uniform but yea very poor service hopefully u can review ur cameras /audio tapes to confirm but I would hope that u guys can make this right because I'm considering opening a lawsuit if nothing happens from this point on

I went to the circle K 2909 E.South Blvd paid for my items sat my wallet down to gather my bags and walked out. I went right back into the store to get my wallet and the cashier says no one turned one in. This cashier stole my wallet in the matter of seconds! I only walked to my car and back into the store. This was on June 12th 2021 at 3:15pm.

This event occurred at the Circle K gas station on Geneva Rd in Wheaton, Illinois (USA) at about 12:30 pm on Friday, May 28, 2021.

The staff in this business have always been very nice to me; open and friendly. Today I was shocked by the behavior of the sales person. She was sitting when I arrived at the register; I couldn't see her initially. She left me standing there for a time, then huffed loudly, got up, and yelled at me, ‘YEAH?'. I asked if she was talking to me, and she yelled very rudely, "I don't see anyone else here". I pointed out that the staff in that business had always been friendly and helpful, and that I wasn't used to being spoken to so rudely. I finished my business, and before I was about to leave she was yelling at the next customer. He had a problem of some sort; he was speaking quietly and respectfully and she was yelling at him.

Physically, she appeared to be early middle age (I could be wrong); medium height, and rather thin; African American, and had on the red T-shirt uniform of the Circle K. There were no other employees that I noticed; at least behind the counter. I'd like to keep going to this store; it's convenient, and as I said, everyone has always been really nice. Frankly though, she was pretty scary; unstable, if you understand what I mean. If I see her there again, I doubt I'll go back.

To day 5/27/2021 . I went over to the gas station to buy two tender loin sandwiches about 1 pm ! The cashier had a sing up saying Fryer was down no food! I told her that I came over to get tender loin sandwiches. I told that I was over there a while back and the fryer was down . She proceed to tell me that fryer was not really down that she was ! It seem like you need some better help ! You have really have good food ! It look like you need to screen you help better . I hope this help you . I would really hate to see stop the food service ! because you really do have GOOD FOOD. Thanks Dan

I'm complaining about the poor service receive on 5/19/21. There was a line full of customers with one cashier. I ash if he could call for help after being in line for over 10 minute. Cashier said he would be with me shortly, I ask if the other Circle employee could help and the other employee stated he has to get this done. Another person coming out of a side office heard me asking for help and ask what the problem. I advised her that we have a line of people waiting and one cashier and he can use some help. I believe she was the assist manager and advised me that she don't need me tell her how to do her job. I explained that I'm not trying to tell you how to do your job, just trying get some help. The lady was very defensive and argumentative, so I ask for the store number and region manager name, she declined and said I nan look that information up online. I worked for Chase for over 33 years as a manager and this type of customer service and behavior is unacceptable. Date and time of recording on tape, 5/19/21, time 2:00pm through 2:21pm Arizona time.

I purchased the Beverage Subscription for $6.48. I was told that the benefit of the subscription is that I could get 1 fountain drink per day free of charge. I have purchased 3 fountain drinks since then and was forced to pay for each of them because the register (computer) would not give it to me for free. That means the Subscription service is 100% rip off.

I stopped at Circle K today to buy gas. The sign said $2.72. I pulled in and put in my credit cared. pin number and gas was still $2.72. Just as I was about to pump. Gas changed to $2.82 a gallon. I understand changing prices, but when My credit card has been approved, the prices should not be changed. Thankfully I caught it, and cancelled my gas and went to a different gas station. Not sure if I will ever go to one again.

On March 30th, I stopped at the Circle K on Park Avenue & Blairstone Road in Tallahassee, FL.
I was on my way to an appointment and I needed to get gas; I also went thru the car wash.
During the rinse cycle, the car wash damaged the mirror on the passenger side of my truck. The mirror itself didn't break but I was not able to reattach it as the bearings inside were broken.
After messaging your company about the damage, I was contacted by Tracy Andrews. She was very concerned about the issue and said that someone would contact me about getting my truck repaired.
After several phone calls to her, I was never contacted about the damage to my truck.
It has been more than 30 days since this happened.
I ordered a new mirror and replaced it myself.
After seeking legal advice, I would like to be reimbursed for all charges for the repair to my truck caused by the car wash at the Circle K.
I have attached receipts and photos.
Please confirm and contact me regarding this issue as soon as possible.
