We have been loyal to church's for decades / but today's experience will change all that! The church's in rio rancho opens at 10 am... I went to pick up chicken meals and they had just started battering the chicken and I was told i'd have to wait awhile while they cooked it...
then when I asked the clerk the price of an 8 pc ckn only, he told me $28.00 and then I asked how much for an 8 pc meal and he told me $26.! I questioned why would the meal be cheaper than ckn nly and he got real condescending to me... And said: "that is not what I told you!" so I left... W/o buying anything.
my husband yrs ago was a store manager for church's in atlanta... And had many employees.. If he would have overheard an employee speak harshly to a customer, he would have coached the employee that customer service means customer courtesy! Will go to popeye or kfc from now on... Cannot believe how badly treated I was!
