Today 1/20/26 at 1545pm church chicken at fm 1485 road corner of 242
I have a 2 pieces reward coupon take a picture of it - come to the store - try to get help install the app
The store - look like lady manager-do not allow the lady employee to help, state that I have to do myself and get the q code to scan for redeem the reward. I finally can get the app, get the q code, but then be advised have to buy before can get my 2 piece reward.
I then have to buy regular price to get an extra piece from my survey. Cannot get the reward today. I cannot also get my buying receipt today.-which I do not understand why?, iredeemed my old one with survey code number. To get one extra. I ordered the spicy ones to know when reached home, a three pieces of small dried original,
The attitude is so mine, so supremacy and unfriendly, this is my first time I see a church chicken employee in such way, I like the tast of the church chicken I use to buy here, convenient and very close to home.
I amso desperate that the promotion turn to be begging to the customer. I may never come to buy chicken from church anymore
