Church's Chicken review: Drive thru customer service

On August 30, 2020 around 8:15-8:30pm at the location on 5148 Old National Hwy College Park, Ga 30349 I placed an order for 2 combos in the drive thru. I got to the window to pay for my order then remembered that I forgot to ask for an order of peppers. The young man then asked me why I didn't order it with my meal and said he don't know why people always do that & its stressful to keep walking to the register. I simply said well sometimes people forget things and don't purposely do it. He said I hate when y'all do that & I really think y'all do it on purpose. I then laughed and he proceeded to tell me you really shouldn't be laughing because I'm serious & then goes on about he has other jobs & walking back and forth to the register is stressful. He mentioned he would give the peppers free but still didn't put them with my order. Then asked what did I ask for again. I told him no longer wanted them. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. He was rude & basically didn't want to do his job. I live in the area but will not be returning to this location. Customer service is key. I usually tip in any drive thru I go to & the only tip I can give for this is please hire people that want to work & have customer service etiquette.

Desired outcome: Reprimand this employee as best you see fit
