I am totally in shock, I have never experienced anything like this in my life. I arrived around 1:14pm to place my order through drive thru. Once I pulled to the drive thru window, I paid for the food I intentionally ordered. As I check my bag, I noticed that all of my food was not placed in my bag. I kindly spoke to the young lady at the window about items that was missing. She Immediately got an attitude and told me to come inside the building and talk to the manager. I stated why was that necessary, I just wanted my items I didn't have and tried to return the bag to her for her further review. She stated she didn't make the food and to come inside because I'm now holding her line up. My response was Wow! Upon entering Church Chicken on 5148 Old National Highway College Park GA, I spoke with the manager Jermaine and explained the situation, as I was talking to the manager, the young lady walk by and I asked for her name, and she quote "I DON'T HAVE A NAME", started laughing and then stated my name is probably Ashley which I'm sure it's not. This is ridiculous and very unprofessional of her. Where's the customer service and respect for paying customers. This lady had an whole attitude for giving me the incorrect food. How is that a problem when I'm paying for food that I want. Somehow she's angry with me due to failure on Church's Chicken part. Well, after speaking with the manager Jermaine, I asked him what was her name and Jermaine stated her name was Dominique. I'm not even sure if that's his correct name. Jermaine also stated that he was short of help and had to hire someone quick but stated she was basically Illiterate and he needed her help. So we're hire anyone for help but what about giving customer great customer service and not just hiring anyone! Jermaine solved the issue but it could have easily been handle by Dominique..
