I have been locked out of my account for the last 2 months because it says I tried to log in with the wrong password too many times, problem is unless someone else changed it somehow, I am using the correct login info because it is stored in the computer I set the account up with. I have called at least 6 times to resolve this and each time they tell me they can't fix it right now but to give them 2 business days and it will be fixed. 2 months now and still not fixed. I can't even pay a payment at Walmart because my account is locked. The only way I can pay is by calling and giving my card info over the phone which I am not comfortable doing. There cannot be any excuse for this level of incompetence. I have told them that until my account is unlocked so I can see what is going on with my account that I will not be making any further payments because I feel I am being scammed.
Recommendation: Very shady company
