PATIENT: Dr. Aminur R. (Raj) Chowdhury, Retired Professor /Dean Emeritus. 106 Furies Street, Smyrna, DE 19977, USA. [ age:74, Senior USA Citizen under Medicare Advantage Plan].
Current Medical Condition: Liver Transplant Patient, Immune System Compromised. Fully dependent on Immuno-suppressant medications.
Date and Time: Wednesday, July 20th. 2026 (Scheduled Appointment Time 10:40 am). Waited more than an hour to see the PCP Olivia Castro.
As "I" Expressed my dissatisfaction, on Delay, Unprofessional Staff/ depressive if not a Pathetic office environment, PCP CASTRO, denied "my" medical care, Refused to see me, denied my Medicine Refills, and dropped me as a patient. Very Unprofessional / unethical medical practice conducted at the SMYRNA, DE office.
Dr. Castro sees patients only 2-3 times per week, very difficult to schedule patient care with Castro on a timely basis.
