We had a vedio consultation with Dr. Pratik Das ( Nephrologist) at R.N tagore hospital-kolkata on yesterday ( 21.01.2021) for my father ( Name-Tapan Sarkar). He has kidney decease and doctor advised to change medicine but post 24 hours of vedio consultation, we have yet not received Doctors Presciption which was supposed to upload after few minutes of consultation.
We have been trying many times customer care no since today's morning, they are always saying your request has been shared to the concerned person.
Please help us to get this resolved at the earliest.

My mother been admitted in Narayana hrudayalaya on emergency on 3rd November, she was shifted to ICU on third floor C wing 18 bed, only this is information we got, almost three days, we have not received any updates on her health condition. And we are not allowed to see her even we have valid covid test negative report from same hospital. They have just given us estimate for the procedure, later no response, from them. We are ready with money but we don't know what to do next. Tried contacting doctor, manager on duty, nurses even the security. But no proper information been provided.

Age-75 had an appointment with Dr pratik Das on 5/10/20 at 6.50 pm. We waited for last 2.30 min for consultation but no one inform us any thing. We called up customer care they informed us that some one will assists us but we did not get any reply. We called up customer care service at least 10 times. If there is any problem authority should have inform us. Sorry to say we are hopeless with service.

Very Very Very poor admin peple in Narayana Heart Center at Kolar. They are badly treating attenders. Not having humanity.
They treat the patients attenders like a animal. Especially in the Heart Center manager.
Today I had a very bad experience with him (Mr.Lokesh on duty Manager).
I need reply.
My wife is pregnant and it's 9th Month her expected date is before 15th April.
We are doing regular check up with your hospital in Raipur.
But while visiting your hospital for last movement checkup for any complications your hospital dennied stating that opd is closed.
Considering the criticality please consider my request for checkup rather to going for Regulatory authority complaining about the issue

Patient(Bimol Saha) was admitted in the Narayana hospital in August 31. And his CABG surgery was done on September 11. Everything was good till September 23. On September 23 he suddenly aspirate and became anxious. He was trying to remove all the canula and oxygen suppt. That's why he was transferred to ITU and there he was restrained. After 3/4 days in ITU he was developed ischemia in his both lower limbs. As patient party was not allowed to the ITU they didn't know when it was developed but when they asked about that all the doctors including Dr. Praveen Kumar assured that it'll be alright when patient starts walking. Patient was in hospital for almost 2 weeks more but nobody said anything about the ischemia even not in the time of discharge. When patient was going for follow up then they said he might need amputation. How can it be possible? It's clearly a case of negligence as well as hiding client's condition. Patient party is ready to file a formal complain against the hospital.

Inconvience to Narayana Hrudayalaya to Vijayanagar 600K. We are facing problem not getting volvo bus from evening after 5.00pm. Before it was 4 volvo bus 600K but now only one bus that 5.00pm after that bus is their but they change the board to Depot 13 it will not go to vijayanagar & another bus for 6.00pm that will go before 5.30pm but we are employe of narayana hrudayalaya if we came after 5.30pm that bus will move to electronic city, but the patients, patients party who cares for patients & Narayana Hrudayalaya employees getting problems. If we get the other bus and get down to silkboard but we didn't get 500k after 5.30pm and one thing i want to till why give authority to change the board and taking their own decision.
