I am writing to make a complaint against your billing department and coordinator Sucheta we are here for fetal echo test on 29 April 2022 first we waited for Dr. Kinjal Bakshi as she wasn't be there on time and still we manage some how as some pregnant women can't wait without eating since this long which is 4 hours if Narayana hospital claims it is the best in industry they should proof it too you need to work hard on your staffs training none of were soft spoken we are here to tests not for opd Or consultation we are capable enough to to bear the charges but staff treat us like beggers But today onwards we can die but dont visit the hospital bcz behaviour was very disappointing.

The billing department here at SRCC Mumbai not helping us after insurance rejection. We have been asking management since five days still no solution..as our discharge day is near, they are asking us to pay for the services and surgery we haven't even taken.
Hope for help from here. Tomorrow is my babies discharge. Need help asap

Narayana Health / Narayana Hrudayalaya - Bed allotment

Hi

My mother Mrs reetha is in bed 5, emergency ward, mazumdar shaw hospital, Bangalore from 20th Nov evening onwards

Last 2 days she is emergency without a ICU bed and today morning they told us move to a ward...there is no private ward available

I am not sure what is happening..my mother is sick ..on top of it ..she is going through agony of seeing other patients going through in last 2 days

Very poor service

Narayana Health / Narayana Hrudayalaya - Poor Service, poor consultation and poor patient handling with no hygiene

Extremely disappointed with service provided for old age patient, for cardiology consultation from Narayan hrudayalaya, Boomasandra.
I came with my father for his heart consultation on 11 Oct 2021, with prior appointment booked for a normal check up. The doctor had already prescribed a list of pathology test that I carried with me. After doctor consultation, he was referred to make CT scan which will take 5mins. I paid for CT scan. At CT scan, We had to wait for very long and after a long time they made the patient lie down on the CT scan bed/ blanket with no hygiene.
Later, they took several signatures from patient without informing any details on the document he is signing on. After a very long time, they start to quiz on the patient history and said that CT scan might be harmful for the patient. The hospital correspondent, requested to refund the amount. Even though I paid the amount, they insist to return the money only to patients accounts.
Nayarana Hrudayalaya is an esteemed hospital and we expected a high level of consultation/service. A heart patient was induced with high level of stress due to mismanagement from hospital. The hospital is liable to give the service for amount paid which is not the case.
Even now, we are not sure if we can trust on the consultation provided. I kindly request to refund the consultation fees as soon as possible as the hospital was not able to provide the service.

I am an ex-serviceman Hony
Capt. (Now Advocate) . I am under your eye treatment since many years. It will be self-explanatory if you go through the records which is available on your Computer. When I started treatment there was no much problem in my eyes. But the concerned Dr. prescribed ‘Myseft 500. After taking the medicine for a long period of one year, my eyes problem deteriorated. Now the condition of my eyes ie right eye became dark in central place and also like spider nets and that minute dots -black and white appeared. But on the left eye: spider net like, dots -in black and white.

Recently I am continuously attending eye treatments in your Hospital, but to my utter dismay, it has been increased and now I humbly request you to call me for a check up but the present Doctor should not participate.

I request you to take appropriate action in this regard.

Narayana Health / Narayana Hrudayalaya - Non refund of the consultation fees in spite of repeated persuasion

On 12th May 2021 I booked an online consultation slot for 1445 hrs of 13/05/2021 from mobile number 8240282118 for Dr Sumit Mukherjee, Endocrinologist of RN Tagore Hospital Mukundapur, Kolkata 700099, but the Doctor didn't turn up and as such then and there I contacted the Bangalore Office of Narayana, who promised to refund the money in my Google Pay account, but in spite of my repeated approach to them, the amount has not yet been refunded.

Narayana Health / Narayana Hrudayalaya - Refused covid vaccination despite having a valid appointment

Hi,

This is Tribenee Bhuyan writing this to lodge a complaint regarding vaccination not offered despite having a valid vaccination appointment in Narayana superspeciality Hospital situated in Amingaon. I was told that since today 04 July, 2021 is a sunday they are not offering vaccination. I booked the slot from cowin portal where it was showing slots available on 04 July, 2021. My slot was successfully booked and received confirmation message and appointment details.
But when i arrived at the hospital i was refused to provide vaccination saying that it is canceled since its sunday. However i was never informed earlier about any kind of cancellation.

I request you to look into this matter, since i have traveled from very far this was a very horrible experience. Looking forward for a proper action here.

They have provided the reason of cancellation in written only after asking several times( sent email confirmation at 2:36 PM only after i requested exclusively for an cancellation

DEAR SIR/MADAM
MY FATHER DLIP KUMAR GHOS MRN 1765147374 IS UNDER TREATMENT AT NARAYANA SUPER SPECIALITY HOSPITAL ANDUL, HOWRAH . I MADE A CALL FROM 9434795140 AT 2.45 PM approx in 18003090309 ON 01/7/21 .They told me that TPA department is busy at that time .I should call after few time .I called again FROM 9434795140 AT 5.10 PMapprox in 18003090309 and told the customer care executive to transfer the call to TPA department .They told me TPA department is closed we cannot transfer .I have seen the employees of TPA dept stay in office upto 6-6.30PM and sometimes beyond that .I need to inquire about a approval for my fathers chemo treatment . As we d onot stay in kolkata we tried to contact them via telephone .Inspite of several request to the customer care executive she did not tried to transfer the call rather she cut the call .This is complete unexpected form group like narayana .

I had a appointment with Dr. Saurabh Bhargava (Urologist) on 13th of May 2021 at 1:00 PM. But due to their technical issue I will not be able to do so but till date i'v not got my refund money back and I have already complained 10 times regarding the same thing but not getting nay response. This is the worst thing I can ever face.

I got myself vaccinated on 22/5 at Narayana hrudalaya. My patient mrn 10010000835140. The staff have not updated the cowin portal and my vaccination status still shows pending. This was brought to the notice of concerned person. Mails sent, calls made, reminders .. nothing seems to work. Hope they realise the impact of their negligence in scheduling my second dose. Waiting to get this rectified asap.

Narayana Health / Narayana Hrudayalaya - Unable to get any news or info about my husband who is admitted in the Mukundapur faculty at Kolkata

Hi,

I am not getting any information about the present health update about my husband Mr. Arindam Das, who is admitted at Mukundapur, INP: 1751-2104001562.

How do I reach the authorities to get my husband's present health update?

Also I need to know the email addresses of the hospital authorities so that I may lodge a complaint.

Please note that I am at present 35 weeks pregnant and I am the sole responsible person who is managing the finance and hospital bills.

At this advanced stage of pregnancy I am finding it very difficult to manage the situation and not getting any help from hospital authorities and feeling very helpless.

I request that I, Mrs. Satadipa Sarkar Das, patients wife be informed about the following,

* The current status report of Mr. Arindam Das?
* On how much oxygen is he still going on?
* Is he taking normal food?
*What is his normal saturation level ( without oxygen support)?
*How much medically stable he is?
*How soon will he be discharged?

Hi,
My dad is taking radiation therapy for his cancer in Narayana Muzumdar Shaw hospital Bangalore. There is single entry for both COVID patients and radiation patients in this building. As my dad need wheal chair regularly, the attender who attends COVID patient attends my dad as well. I spoke to most of the people in this society. But nothing is working for me. Please help me as I am not feeling secure to take my dad's treatment.

Narayana Health / Narayana Hrudayalaya - Worst customer handling skills & behavioural issue of reception staff

My Mother Mrs. Kanak Jana (Senior Citizen) had an operations/Surgery on her right hand and Dr. Arindam Ganguly, who did this surgery had asked her to visit him for routine checkup post surgery.
She went on Monday, 19th April for the same.

She was refused to be given an appointment on that day and was asked to book it online. An elderly woman was made to run with her broken arm from pilar-to-post by the staff members and when she pleaded to book an appointment for next Monday atleast, she was treated rudely by staff members.

I am her son, staying in Bangalore and this incident happened at Narayana Super speciality Hospital, Howrah.

I am shocked by this kind of behaviour by the hospital reception staff. My sister stays abroad, I am in Bangalore & my parents lives in Howrah.

After this incident I would prefer Fortis, Poddar or Apollo for the treatment for my parents rather than Narayana Hospital. How do expect a senior citizen to be tech savvy to book appointment online whose son & daughter are residing abroad. Kindly pass this information to Narayana Superspeciality Hospital, Howrah and inform staff members to be professional atleast who are in contact with customers at the reception area.

Narayana Health / Narayana Hrudayalaya - Prescription yet not received after 24 hours of video consultation

We had a vedio consultation with Dr. Pratik Das ( Nephrologist) at R.N tagore hospital-kolkata on yesterday ( 21.01.2021) for my father ( Name-Tapan Sarkar). He has kidney decease and doctor advised to change medicine but post 24 hours of vedio consultation, we have yet not received Doctors Presciption which was supposed to upload after few minutes of consultation.

We have been trying many times customer care no since today's morning, they are always saying your request has been shared to the concerned person.

Please help us to get this resolved at the earliest.

Narayana Health / Narayana Hrudayalaya - Neurosurgery

My mother been admitted in Narayana hrudayalaya on emergency on 3rd November, she was shifted to ICU on third floor C wing 18 bed, only this is information we got, almost three days, we have not received any updates on her health condition. And we are not allowed to see her even we have valid covid test negative report from same hospital. They have just given us estimate for the procedure, later no response, from them. We are ready with money but we don't know what to do next. Tried contacting doctor, manager on duty, nurses even the security. But no proper information been provided.

Patient name - Satyendra Nath Majumdar
Age-75 had an appointment with Dr pratik Das on 5/10/20 at 6.50 pm. We waited for last 2.30 min for consultation but no one inform us any thing. We called up customer care they informed us that some one will assists us but we did not get any reply. We called up customer care service at least 10 times. If there is any problem authority should have inform us. Sorry to say we are hopeless with service.

Very Very Very poor admin peple in Narayana Heart Center at Kolar. They are badly treating attenders. Not having humanity.
They treat the patients attenders like a animal. Especially in the Heart Center manager.
Today I had a very bad experience with him (Mr.Lokesh on duty Manager).

My wife is pregnant and it's 9th Month her expected date is before 15th April.
We are doing regular check up with your hospital in Raipur.

But while visiting your hospital for last movement checkup for any complications your hospital dennied stating that opd is closed.

Considering the criticality please consider my request for checkup rather to going for Regulatory authority complaining about the issue
