Chowking rude service crew

Dear Ma'am/Sir,

Gusto ko lang po sanang magawan nyo ng action yung service crew sa chowking waltermart manggahan general trias cavite na nagngangalang ROSA. Umoorder kasi ako ng family lrt at nag resquest ako ng bagong luto na chicken willing to wait naman po ako kahit 20mins yun kasi nga gusto ko ng bagong luto hindi ung nasa warmer lang nila. So tinanong nya ako kung May ire request ba akong part ng chicken so sumagot ako na sige wing and thigh nalang. So ito na ung crew nyo po ipinagpipilitan nyang wala daw ibang part kundi breast in the 1st place maam/sir sya ung nagtanong kung anong part ng chicken so ineexpect ko meron kahit ano tapos sasabihin nya breast part lang meron kahit mag antay ako ng 20mins. Pinabalik balik nya ko paulit ulit ko syang tinatanong kung sure ba sya na un lang ang part buntis pa ko palakad lakad ako dun sa counter nila! Tapos asawa ko na ung nagtanong sa ibang kitchen crew nila ang sabi available nman any part of chicken basta 20mins. Tapos bumalik ulit ako sa counter ng hindi nya alam na naririnig kong pinag uusapan nila ako so ineexpect nya mag cacancel ako ng order dahil ayoko ng breastpart tatawa tawa pa sila! Nakakabastos po diba! So nung tinawag ko sya gulat na gulat sya inulit ko ulit sabi ko sa kanya miss sabi mo walang wing and thigh breast part lang ang available so sabi nya ulit oo nga breast part lang meron so nagalit na ako sabi ko e bakit sabi ng kitchen crew nyo meron naman daw ung part na gusto ko basta 20mins umpisa palang sinabi ko na sayo willing to wait ako and then inirapan na nya ako at gusto lang naman pala nilang ipaubos ung mga naka drop nila na chicken breast sa warmer nila. So disappointing sana magawan nyo ng action ung mga ganyang ugali ng crew nyo kasi maayos naman ung pag approach ko sa kanya sya pa matapang ultimo asawa ko nakita na inirapan nya ulit ako pagtalikod ko. Sana hindi na maranasan ng ibang customers. Kasi maraming service crew talaga ang bastos to be honest ang sarap sarap ireklamo sa mas nakakataas yung ganyan fast food chain 1st time ko lang na experience to palagi kami sa branch na yan. Pero sya lang ung bukod tanging ganyan. Inaaway nya pa ung kitchen crew nila sa harap mismo ng customer. Maraming nakakita so please ! Sana naman aksyonan nyo to! Bago pa maranasan ng iba! Hindi mo naiintindihan yung sitwasyon unless nasa katayuan ka nung crew. Hindi robot ang mga taong nagtatrabaho sa service industry. Wag masyadong entitled. Manok lang ang yan.

Chowking recommendation

Good morning Chowking dimasalang this is Angelo buenafe, I'm not a regular customer of fast-food chowking, I'm not complaining for your store, but it's a recommendation for your crew na si Kuya jerick, 2nd time ko kumain dito at ganito Rin Ang mangyare, As a being nice person di ko akalain na ganito Ang mngyayare aminado po ako na masungit po ako but itong crew na to nasungitan ko pero kahit ganun pa man binigay needs namen at pinakita nya na ok Lang, Naibigay nya Yung need namen ng Lola ko kahit na di namen sabihin, salamat chowking dimasalang napanguti nya ung Lola ko tyempre at ako Sana lagi ko Makita Yung crew na to. At Sana ganito lagi Everytime na kakain ako sa store nyo.

Chowking service crew

I like eating at chowking, but I have this experience earlier sa Chowking Banay-banay. It's around 9:00 pm, pag pasok pa lang namin ng store nila sobrang ingay na ng mga crew pero hindi ko na masyadong pinansin pero nung habang umo-order na kami sobrang ingay pa din hindi na kami mag kaintindihan nung kausap ko sa counter. Nagsabi na ako ng sobrang ingay pero hindi padin sinaway, kahit yung manager in charge nakikisali din sa ingay. Hanggang pagkatapos namin kumain sobrang ingay nila which is hindi naman yata tama ang ganon kasi may mga costumer din naman na iba. Sana naisip nila na kahit konti na lang yung kumakain at pa-close na sila eh hindi magandang ambience kumain habang nag iingay sila. And dun sa Managed in charge okay lang naman po na makisali sa ingay pero sana naman po kapag may costumer na sinasaway nyo sila.

Chowking poor service

I ordered combo meal which is wanton noodles with asado siopao and halo halo .
The transaction time was 8:37 pm ( Wed 08-14-19) then the cashier told me that it will be serve . without informing how long it should take to be serve .
Then we wait for almost 30mins and the product still not yet serve, so i decide to come to the counter area and ask if how many minutes do i still wait to my order . then i saw my order at the assembling area .
the crew gave me my order, And when we taste the wanton its not hot anymore . imagine we wait for longtime for that product then that kind of food they will serve to us . Im so disappointed .
And i notice that one of their crew was eating while on duty . He continously eating knowing that the customer saw him . The dining area has a lot of unclean tables
And I also notice that no manager on duty was managing their operation .

Chowking poor service

I ordered at 8:56pm today to the counter girl Ms. Jelly 1 wanton mami with siopao and Sprite (for my niece), 1 halo-halo (for myself), and 1 order of buche (for my driver). She gave me the glass of Sprite and a number. No receipt was given. Shortly the mami and siopao arrived. At 9:25, I followed up the halo-halo and buche but Jelly said I didnt order buche. It wasnt included in the receipt that she had but I didnt have a copy and so I wouldnt know that it was not inputted when I ordered. I complained to the manager named Sherwin. He gave me a refund for the halo-halo. But what about our time that was wasted because of waiting for our order? What about the hunger experienced by my driver? Those could never be refunded.

Chowking service and timeliness

But suddenly just earlier from Waltermart branch, I ordered chicken and chao fan with siomai initially. It was served on time and im happy as I rushing coz i still need to buy stuff from the mall. After which, i decided to order again a tofu as my side dish, i paid and got seated to wait. My order was placed at 8:46 PM. It was already 9 then but it wasn't yet served. I asked the crew to follow up and just say okay. I doubt that he followed up coz it was them 9:10 but still no update on my order. I ask another crew to follow up coz it was already almost 30 minutes of waiting . The crew headed to the kitchen and told the people inside about the incident. It created a commotion as if they have problem then I went to the counter to know what's happening and where is my tofu? Then someone named Justine Caparas told me to wait for a minute for it to get served, Ive waited again 5 minutes but still the tofu is not with me. I asked the cashier and just told me to wait coz the tofu is made to order. Then I asked them if that is their normal serving time for a tofu? 30minutes? He did not answer my question so I decided to call their manager to explain what's happening why they can't serve my tofu. They could have told me that it is not readily available and ask if im willing to wait. The manager told me that normal serving time is 15 minutes. Just for a tofu, it is not reasonable so I ask him to expalin what happened, coz i just wanna understand what caused the delay. He just insisted that there were no delays on their part and it just normal for a tofu to be served like that, coz its made to order. Then again I asked, so why did'nt you ask if im willing to wait, the mall was already closed then and I cant even buy things I need just because of waiting for a tofu. My question is, do you really serve tofu in 30 minutes? As they are claiming that there were no delays on their part.

Chowking delivery 1 hour late pork chao fan

May trainee staff (Joy) ng chowking Vista Mall Bataan na nagoffer ng pre order for lunch free delivery dto samin sa levis store
So pumayag ako at nagustuhan ko orderin yung pork chaofan so okay na. sabi ko 1pm nya ideliver at nagnoted sya at naghihintay ako lintek 2pm na hanggang ngayon wala pa! Please M.O.D monitor all outside ordering lalo na trainee staff inasign nyo!

Chowking poor service and small serving

I went for a take out around pass 11pm. After placing and paying my order, they informed me it will take around 15 minutes before the order will be served. I advised them that that should not be the case, you should inform first before transacting and so i let it pass. After which they were able to serve my order after 25 min. Not to mention the serving was smaller than expected and much worse was the serving of the chili sauce.

Chowking slow service. not approachable staff

I would like to raise a concern regarding on my own experience @chowking sm fairview grabe ! That was the worse experience ko sa isang fastfood chain . Me and my husband ordered last wednesday aug 7 @counter KASS so since wala namang binigay na time si ate kung ilang minutes yun as we know kasi always naman available specially sa ganung oras at the same time hindi din naman kami ininform na magtatagal pala yung order namin for 18 mins . So habang naghihintay sa order namin inutusan ko husband ko na kung pwede siya manghingi ng water so pumunta siya sa may counter area . Siguro ilang minuto din siyang nakatayo dun wala man lang pumapansin sa kanya kahit na nakikita na siya ng mga cashier and even the manager . So sinabihan ko syang wag na lang . Balik ulit kami sa pag hintay ng order . Im so dissapointed kasi yung manager na nakaduty "JACK" eh hindi man lang iupdate yung aming kulang the fact na nakikita na niya na nakasimangot na kami dun so nagtanung na kami sa crew na isa dun na kung ilang minuto pa 15 mins na kami naghihintay that time . Tsaka niya palang sinabe na 3 mins pa daw . Naghintay na kami ng matagal eh tapos pag bigay pa ng order namin parang akala mo inabot lang na wala man lang pasasalamat nakakadissapoint lang na bakit ganito ang service nila everyday naman kami ngoorder but this is the first time na may ganitong scenario .

Chowking siopao hot sauce

I ordered siopao for to go and guess what the sauce is a hotsauce! What kind of service are you giving to your customers!
And only for 3 pcs siopao I have to wait for twenty minutes really chowking kabihasnan parañaque city? Don't you have any idea that your customers might order then you will just cook it? Such a poor service chowking kabihasnan paranaque city!

Chowking poor service

I ordered sweet and sour luariat then I waited almost 20 mins. but my order was not yet served ? Maybe ill consider it if the cashier informed me how long ill wait for the said order but she didn't notify me about that. I follow up my order twice but still my order didn't show up I even went to the front of the kitchen station but the manager was snob. Next time pls. Inform your customer how long they will wait their order so they can change the order to the more faster or easy to prepare meal.

Chowking supervisor or manager (his uniform was not like the servers so im assuming his their supervisor

Went to eat in Chowking Parkmall in mandaue city, cebu around 2:45 pm today. While eating, i needed to use the restroom but it was occupied. I had to wait since i was just seated across it. When your supervisor came out of the restroom, he was still closing his zipper. When i went in, he did not Flush the toilet and i saw that the sink inside was also not working since they covered it with plastic . That means your employee did not wash his hands because he went straight to the kitchen without even using the wash area across the restroom and he did not flush the toilet which i had to flush before i use it and the flush is working fine not that its busted. Hygine of your WORK FORCE is very important specially your in the food business.

Chowking incomplete order

I've ordered 1 pork chao fan meal with fried siomai, 1 pork chao fan solo without siomai, but when I got home and opened my order, they havent included the pork siomai to one of my chao fan. I am very upset because this is isnt the first time that happened to me, one time i ordered 2 piece chicken meal, paid for it but when Igot home and opened my order it only comes with only 1 chicken but I paid for 2. I hope this rings a bell to chowking staffs because this is unacceptable.

Chowking chopsuey

Very oily! Veggies are supposed to be healthy, but this dish is a disaster! It's oilier than the lumpiang shanghai i got and those are fried! My lips feel like i drank from a glass of oil! It's bad enough that the veggies used are not the usual veggies for the traditional chosuey, to have oil settle on top of the sauce and coat all the veggies is repulsive.

Chowking lumpiang shanghai, salt and pepper

The worst fastfood na naincounter namin nag hintay kami ng 20 for that food then i was ordered extra egg rice then nag wait nanamn kami ng 10 mins. Wala parin anong klaseng fast food meron kau kaya kami kumain sa fast food para mabilis ehhh ang nang yari daig pa restuarant ang ginawa nyo, sana sa restuarant nalng kmi kumain kung ganun lng katagal serving nyo ikotan lng ng ikotan mga staff nyo walang ginawa di man lng na check order namin na ganun katagal. Nung naserve na ung isang order i ask the server kung ilang mins. Pa ung isang order then sabi ng server 15 mins serving time nila ehhh almost 15 mins naserve ung isang order then almost 20 mins ung isa sana sinabi nyo matatagalan serving time nyo para di kami naghintay ng ganun katagal sobrang tagal nun para sa amin na may lakad pa.

Chowking food service

I wanted to order Chao Fan with dumpling toppings. Then, they said it's unavailable. I ordered something diff. They said it's unavailable. Even the chicken is not available. I was frustrated that it's still showing available on the menu. They could have just posted that it's unavailable so we dont have to wait in line for a long time for nothing.We got no choice but to order something thats available which is chao fan with lumpia shanghai. They really took time, they served me a shanghai with no sauce and then they gave us a spicy sauce. Pls take note that not everyone is into spicy. I asked them to give me the original sauce for the shanghai. I ended up having soy sauce on my shanghai, did not even taste great at all. I was wasting my money. I should be compensated with my worst experience.

Chowking beef chow fan and packaging for take out

okay, so i am not about to complain but this really get my attention. i ordered an ala carte beef chowfan and a wonton soup.

well i hadn't finished my chowfan since it's somehow watery. it's like the newly cooked rice is stir fried as soon as it gets out on the casserole makes it MALATA. and i am okay with that, what triggers me to complain is the packaging since i don't feel like eating the food yet i don't want to waste my money so i planned to eat it later.

and they take out my chow fan on a plastic like a dog food. i heard that the crew asked me if they will use plastic and i just nod because it was to fast to understand yet i am pissed about my food.

i never encountered a take out of chowfan on a plastic bag. makes me sick to see this like a dog food. such a waste of money.

hope you would take actions on this because many people are suffering from eating disorders like me and this is just what i get. just lost my appetite, thank you

Chowking take out service

Hi I am a customer of Chowking San Pablo Rizal Branch in San Pablo City Laguna

Two times that I take out an order from that branch and those times there's an order that is not being put into the take out bag. The first time was a chowfan, then yesterday the forgot to put one asado and one choco pao. That is so irritating for the customer because we pay for that.

Please do an action for the crews there as it causes customer hassle and I felt that the crews are not paying attention to check if the orders are complete.

Chowking 935 pesos change and receipt not given

Around 2am of July 27, 2019, I ordered for small milk tea and buchi to Cashier Pat, it cost 65 pesos, so I gave her 1000 since I don't have other cash with me. Pat frowned since it is a big amount towards my purchased of 65 pesos, but then she said, "mamaya na lang po yung sukli niyo."
So umupo na ko to wait for my order, then a boy service crew gave me my orders and took the plastic number. After this I went outside and waited for 10 minutes for my ride home to arrive. I was already at Gilmore when I realized that they did not give me my change of 935 pesos, so even though it is time consuming and stressful, I went back to the store.
I said to cashier Pat na nalimutan nyang ibigay yung sukli ko, then tsaka niya binigay yung 935 pesos. There was no sorry even for a fake one.
I politely asked for a manager but Pat said na naka break daw for 1 hour. Ganon ba kapangit yun customer service nyo na kahit konting minuto lang hindi pwedeng harapin yung complaining customer?
Cashier Pat sqid na hinanap niya daw ako, sabi ko kung talagang hinanap niya ko eh 10 minutes akong nag antay sa labas ng branch nila for my ride pero wala naman akong nakitang naghanap sakin.. Sabi niya hindi niya daw ako nakita.. Instead of arguing, I went home and I am here to complain.

Chowking unethical behavior

I'd like to make a formal complaint about an incident which happened tonight, 26 July 2019, at one of your branches here in Festival Mall Alabang Level 1.
Around 3pm today I placed an order of lumpiang shanghai rice with medium pineapple juice (discounted since I'm PWD). I requested to have it delivered at 7:00pm in Hemotek Dialysis Center since I cannot order myself by the time I'm on dialysis. The cashier personnel agreed and asked for someone else's help before punching the order. I paid P72 after the discount and went to the dialysis center. Not an hour passed, while waiting for my turn to be accommodated at one of the dialysis center's machines, a crew already went there looking for me and holding my order. I told her that it should be delivered at 7pm. She apologized and told me that they will redeliver it at 7pm then she went back down.
It's offensive because my order was not properly endorsed by the first cashier personnel when she asked for another crew's help. That's the reason why after I ordered, they delivered it to me right away. Not to mention that their change on my P100 payment is short of P5.
Back to my main complaint, I finished my 4-hour dialysis treatment at 9pm and my order was never delivered. I hurriedly went to the branch and asked for a manager which was a good thing they still accommodated me even if it's closing time. The sad part was, even if I directly told them that I was really hungry since I was still not eating, the manager did not offer me anything just the refund I asked. Then, that's it. I walked out of the branch starving holding my P72 refund.
I talked to them calmly and politely but my voice was realy shaky due to anger and hunger. That's also the reason why I did not took a photo of my receipt and only asked for the name of the cashier which the manager said it's just "Ju".
Please do something about this. I don't know how will you address my issue but please, make a necessary action!
