This to express my big disappointment on my take-out order at Chowking Kauswagan DT, Cagayan de Oro City. I was in a hurry to take an order last Oct 3 since we are quite starving from our long drive from bukidnon to cagayan de oro for our scheduled car maintenance on nearby service center. Cashier was approachable but they serve us with a burnt tocino. Only half of the serving was consumed and was really disappointed on the food we ordered.

good evening! i just want to complain poor customer service of chowking, it's mall of asia store ground floor main mall. my family eat there so many time, that's why, it so annoying that every time we visit the store they always don't have available soda so we force to have a additional charge for the drinks.

I am complaining about the rudeness of this crews
I was waiting for my order to be served when a crew approached me to complete what I have ordered, then I asked humbly Jocelyn, the crew, where's the sauce for the chicharap then she answered me rudely that I can see it on her expression. I was disappointed with the personality she showed. I thought they were disciplined before they're deployed. I haven't also seen managers who showed up when a customer complained about her take out.

This chowking camiling, tarlac branch is soooooooo slow when it comes to food serving! It took us 1hour to wait before the food is served!. And the employees are so mean! It took us more than 5 follow up's and still our food is not served. Our drinks ice are melted because of the slow food serving!. I tried to call the manager but they say that the manager of this branch is out of nowhere! This cashier says 10mins but the real is 1hour! Make some action on this or else I will report this to the municipality mayor to kick out this branch!

Just want to complain one of your delivery staff in Chowking Shell C-5 Julia Vargas Ugong Pasig City. We ordered @ 11:40am, then 01:10 na dumating samin. were just in their other side lang ( Astron Building c5). maayos na sorry sana ang binungad nya samin and nung in ask xa ng nung kausap nya kung nasaan na xa ( dahil nagreklamo na kmi s store before pa xa dumating ) ang sagot nya sa kausap nya is kanina pa daw xa nasa ofis namin.. kaya sumagot kmi na kadadating mo lng kaya. At pinarinig pa nya samin na icharge na lng daw s knya. Hoping na sana please teach your staff on how to deal with your costumer. We all know n pagod sila or natraffic, pero yung pag hingi ng sorry sana ng maayos sa costumer is magawa nila in a nice way. were almost 1hour na nag antay at nagutom tas ganon ang attitde nya. Ni hindi din kami nag demand ng GC sa knya. pero ang angas nya! Poor service :(you can check the attached file makikita nyo na 11:55am na punch yung order namin. hindi acceptable yung mahigit 1hour na pag aantay samantalang kabilang side lng kami, then ganon pa ka rude ugali ng delivery staff.

I just want to share my experience with counter shayne/shane, (oct 2, 2019) around 7:30pm onwards I ordered politely to her and ask her respectfully for using the pwd id of my uncle which is patient in green city pampanga, I talk to her first that my uncle is at the hospital and could'nt even move and show her his picture for proof but still she looks for my uncle and asking for letter I told her that my uncle can't write because of his condition. Talking to me so rude I don't deserve being treated like that. I was the one who's kind to her and smiling at first. Please talk to her, and tell her this so she can do much better and don't do this to other cause she might get worse. But then thanks to gian (dining crew) for being kind and giving good service out there.

Mga 9:30pm nag take out ako ng pork chao fan w/fried soimai, chinese style fried chicken w/wanton soap and pancit canton and large milktea... Pagdating ng order ko sabi ng crew ay orders complete na. Kaya kampante ako na hindi ko na icheck ang product ko. Kasi linggo linggo naman ako kung mag order. Pero pagdating ko sa bahay - isa ang kulang ang pork chao...

We came at this brach around 9:38am to claim my gcashtreats for take out so they give as a number we wait for our order but they make us wait almost 1hr so we decide to cancel. How do you call that a customer service and chowing is a fastfood but why we need to wait almost 1hr if they have too many staff in the cashier.. Its the worst fastfood they dont know to give customer service.

So I called 9-88-88 to have food delivered as I was tired from work, I ordered to the agent named Kat and she's really in a hurry even so I still politely asked her to repeat my order and so she did so the rider came with incomplete order lacking Pork ChaoFan with chicken so I called 9-88-88 again only to find out that it's Kat who sent a wrong order to the store. I just wanted you guys to let Kat knows what she should do in business like this, she shouldn't be careless of the clients order coz the reason we order is because we don't have time to cook and we are tired to deal with [censored]s like this. Good morning! I'm a college student and i want to complain about the service of chowking near my school. We've waited for 30 minutes just to have our order. I even followed it up twice. We both ordered sweet and sour pork. I'm disappointed with your service because it's supposed to be ‘fastfood'— it means consumers shouldn't be waiting for their orders for 30 minutes. And the first time i followed up, the staff just snobbed me just because im a student. That's not it, the one who took the line after us got his order first before us. Even though we're our orders were dine-in. Like really?! Discrimination at its finest.

Problem about this branch is, they are so lazy on making deliveries. We are a loyal and a customers who always buy a lot to their branch. And even though its 3:00 pm they are forwarding us on the hotline not lunch, who the [censored] takes a lunch on 3pm and your telling me you are busy! Customer service are so rude, even managers. They are forwarding us to the main delivery hotline, not even asking if we are willing to wait, they are like hey we are busy [censored] off. Please address this issue we are loyal customer now we might think buying on KFC because of this so bad service.

I just wanna share my concern about my experience yesterday in chowking sm masinag. Concern ko lang about dun sa drinks nyo may lumulutang na mantika actually hindi ito yung unang beses na naka encountered ako ng ganun pang twice na pero yung isa sa ibang branch naman. I think dahil sa baso or sa way ng pag huhugas ng baso. Chowking is my only favorite fast food and im so fun of chowking specially the pork chaopan today yearly mas pinipili ko mag celebrate sa chowking with my love ones and whole family. Today is my husband birthday and to be honest after those bad experiences sa drinks we still want to go to chowking because we really want to be able to get satisfied in food ❤️ i hope mabigyan nyo ng pansin to. I love chowking very very very much thanks
senior discount
So my mother ate at Chowking Maysilo. And she was shock when her discount was just 9 pesos. Her total amount is 108. I was a service crew also before so I know how it works. And mom also have the knowledge on her privilege as a senior citizen.
This is not actually a complain, I just want the management to educate their service crew or their people about this senior discount so they can avoid the complaints concerning this. Let the senior get their privilege. Let them maximize it! That's the least that we can do for them.
And also I want to thank Sir Aldrin. I dont know if I got the correct name but It's sounds like that. I want to thank him and recommend him for being a great manager for checking about my mom concern and doing the right. I salute you sir, and keep up the good work.

Pangalawang beses na kami nagpa deliver na laging reklamo ng delivery rider na kulang ang panukli nya. Itatanong ko lang paano mangyayari yun if inilalagay naman namin sa order pa lang kung magkano ibabayad namin para alam nyo kung magkano ipapadala sa rider. Nag complain pa rider na nagpaload daw sya para lang matawagan ako dahil hindi nya makita bahay ko para sabihin nasa area na sya. Hindi ba obligasyon naman ng rider na ipaalam na padating na delivery or iinform ang customer na nasa area na sya.

For the Nth time, chowking delivery is so disappointing and frustrating.. 15 minutes lng layo ng store sa amin.. pero more than 90 minutes na wala pa ang delivery.. we need to follow up three times jus to know kung asan na.. commitment is 1 hour delivery pero di nagawa.. nag commit na patatawagin sa akin ang store (chowking rotonda) pero wala naman tumawag.. wag na kayo mag offer ng delivery kung hindi kayo competent na ayusin ang service nyo..
chowking sm center las pinas' charging of php5 for pork chow fan with pork siomai
My children, 4, all teenagers, and I eat lunch every Sunday at your SM Center Las Pinas branch for the last 4 years. Most of the time we have at least 1 or 2 orders of pork chow fan with either steamed or fried pork siomai or dumplings. Through the years, we were not charged 5 pesos for the chili sauce. Last September 1, at 11:04 am, we ordered 2 pork chow fan with fried prok siomai among others. We were surprised that there is a PhP5 charge. So disappointed, we have not come back since. Hi Chowking! when I usually order food from your restaurant, you are always providing chili sauce and soy sauce. However, recently when I purchased food in Market Market branch, I was told that you no longer provide any chili sauce if you buy food without the dumpling or wanton. Is it really a big chunk of expense for you not to give such products? If that's the case, karinderya or canteen provide better service than your restaurant since they provide free condiments for as much as you need.
