They came to my house after canceling my original appointment. They young man they sent was basically clueless as to what needed to be done. They sent me a letter saying that the blower motor control module failed due to a power surge and they don't cover that on the warranty because it wasn't normal wear and tear. I asked what proof do they have of a power surge that and that my power never blinked or went out. They offered no solution at all. Just took my $66 for over a year. Now I'm stuck in a hot house with my two dogs until I can get a new furnace.
