Chili's Restaurantservice/food/overcharged


Our party of seven we seated at two tables, when the waitress came to bring the food we were figuring who got what. The waitress became annoyed continually rolling her eyes. My neice and her exchanged a few words in which I diffused by calling the manager over, she took the side of the waitress. I asked for my steak medium it looked as if the cow was just skinned. Lastly The other table had asked for the sampler in which they brought out each basket separately, and at one point the waiter gave them an extra basket claiming that was free due to a mistake he had made. When we received the bill all the baskets were charged to us separtely not as a sampler and even the one they had given for "free". We just paid the bill and am wtiting now in hopes of a resolution from this complaint. Thank You

    on 4/25/08 a friend, and i decided to go to chili's for our lunch break.we only get an hr.we had to wait almost an hr before we got our food, and when we did get the food it was all wrong .we did not have time to wait to get the food we ordered so we just ate what we got.I think that is very poor service.

    Words cannot describe how I am feeling right now.  On 5/24/08 I ordered five meals from chilis for take out.  As I unpacked the food, I noticed we were missing parts to the order, and a couple of the salads were not what I had ordered.  We decided to shrug it off and just eat it anyway.  My eleven year old daughter was 2 minutes into her meal ( chicken plater) when all of a sudden she removes something out of  her mouth.  It was a chilis pin that had dropped in her food. I immediatley called the manager and explained to him what had happened.  He explained to me that the cooks wear these pins in their hats while they are preparing food ( without backs ) they are received as recognition of doing an outstanding job.  He apologized and said he didnt know what he could do for me.  He also said this has never happened before.  I explained to him, just because something has never happened before should not be discounted.  My child could have lost her life that night!!! Chilis management...WAKE UP!!! The size, and shape of these pins if swallowed would instantley Kill an individual.  Please change your way of recognizing cooks for a "job well done. Get rid of these pins and start thinking about the safety and health regulations before someone loses a life.

    chili's on college pkwy. the service stinks the bartenders where busy playing w/ one of the employee's baby and talking about the bartenders being pregnant.if she was ready to be a mom!!!.who after work all you want to do is relax and get a drink maybe some apps.know want to hear this personal crap, where she can go to get financial help when she can't work any more.that was the final straw. this was one our favorite spot's . not anymore. where is the class her??????????????????????

    my boyfriend and I went to Chilis in Ithaca NY on Saturday, the place wasn't busy so we figured we would get waited on eat and leave in good time but that didn't happen, we got there at 4 and didn't get out until 530, the server came to the table and I ordered my food and she just assumed we wanted the same thing we told her no that the other person wanted something different, , we ordered some cheese bites to start out with it took thirty minutes for them to come and then we got our food.the server never came back to see if we needed anything and when it was time to pay we had to stop another waiter to take our check, we will not be going back for a while, that was the first time service was that bad
